Visual drag and drop integration has accelerated delivery and supports legacy systems smoothly
What is our primary use case?
I work mostly with the usual use cases for OutSystems.
What is most valuable?
The visual drag and drop environment in OutSystems has helped tremendously in application development in my experience, and I would rate it nine out of ten. The features and capabilities I have found most valuable and useful include the drag and drop integration capabilities. OutSystems provides excellent support for integrating with existing databases and legacy systems through its intuitive drag and drop functionality.
What needs improvement?
There are areas of OutSystems that could be improved or enhanced in various ways.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I find OutSystems to be stable and reliable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
OutSystems demonstrates good scalability.
How are customer service and support?
I do communicate with the technical support of OutSystems directly. I would rate the technical support from OutSystems between one and ten, with one being the worst and ten being the best support. The support I have received has been great.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup process of OutSystems is straightforward and good to hear about. From my perspective, the initial setup process is easy to follow. I have found it to be a good experience overall, though I do have to watch the time and follow the guidelines provided.
What other advice do I have?
The pricing of OutSystems is reasonable. The pre-built templates and components in OutSystems have reduced time to market for my customers in significant ways.
