What do you like best about the product?
Mostly I like the scalability, performance. Zscaler Private Access is widely appreciated for its zero-trust architecture and it provide secure, seamless remote access to internal applications without showing the network to external threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost as for smaller businesses, the pricing might feel high compared to traditional VPN solutions. So If it is little bit less it will be the best.

No, their is no problem except prizing. So everything is good.

Its a best solution for the security purpose providing authentication and authorisation. Never faced any glitch till now, always up for smooth flow.

It allow the application and provide connectivity hasile free. It is easy to integarate and use, It allow direct connectivity to cloud application without the use of virtual DMZ & inbound DMZ

There are some bugs in the solution, which they are clearly working on, and they are still not resolving them. So it's taking some time.

We have been using it for the last two years.

The stability is good. It's average, you can say. There are some bugs which need to be resolved.

The solution is highly scalable.

The customer service is really good. It's about nine out of ten, you could say.

The initial setup is very easy.

The cost has increased now. Before, it was less expensive. Now it's higher. I would rate it a seven out of ten. It is expensive.

Since it is an estimation solution, we have to use it.

Great network security product
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use for end user and scalable solution than other VPNs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its little difficult to troubleshout as reuquired to check diffirent aspects in diffirent enciornments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With cisco anyconnect it was required more administration and time to check the issues with user but with ZPA its less administration and quicly scalable.
Zscaler is a very good tool, but has a learning curf

I like the possibilties Zscaler has to offer. Whenever you are used to the portal and know your way around you can configure literelly anything you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zscaler support is bad. We had to contact them for multiple cases, but they never came with a good solution and till now we always figured it out ourselves.

It allows us set posture checks for devices and if they are compliant and an authorized user is signed in the user can get acces to internal resources.

Provides security to the internal tools of the organisation. Bars unauthorised access of individuals or organization. It has many authentication features which helps in protection of data and tools.

It is a bit time taking , apart from that it requires a good connection. Apart from that it works fine.
