Great Security for Clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides an additional layer of security to our clients. We use it to provide secure private client access to their mission critical applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs are always a concern and Zscaler's partner pricing model can be somewhat complicated. I love using their product but offering their pricing can be a little problematic from an MSP perspective
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for SSO for our clients to access their applications in place of using VPN. It's a solid product and the support is stellar. We have Zscaler baked into our VMware stack and the additional layers of security that it allows for is great.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Zscaler Private Access is its simplicity. I no longer have to connect to a VPN, yet I still feel confident in its security. It operates seamlessly from any location, which has made my work both easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find frustrating about Zscaler Private Access is that the connection occasionally becomes slow or even drops for a few seconds. Additionally, troubleshooting can be somewhat confusing when something goes wrong, as it's not always clear whether the issue is with the app itself or the network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Private Access addresses the challenge of securely connecting to company applications without the need for a traditional VPN. It ensures a safe connection and simplifies remote work, whether I'm at home or elsewhere. Personally, it saves me time, provides quicker access, and allows me to feel confident about network security.

Zscaler Private Access has truly transformed the way we handle secure remote connectivity. Our users now enjoy seamless, always-on access to internal applications, all without the need for a traditional VPN.

Setting up the system initially can be somewhat complicated, particularly when it comes to configuring access policies and connecting with several identity providers. Additionally, users have observed short reconnections occurring when they change networks or wake their laptops from sleep.

Improved our security posture and reduced the risk of lateral movement or unauthorized access.

Zscaler: Fast, Efficient, and Secure VPN Access
What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler is light to run and generally operates very quick and efficiently. Helps provide VPN access to internal business systems and ensures security when doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, there aren't many drawbacks to this software. It appears to accomplish its intended purpose effectively. The only real downside, which is common to all VPN tools, is a slight reduction in network speed because of the additional hop. However, Zscaler manages to make this slowdown barely noticeable.

Zscaler addresses the challenge of providing VPN access to internal business systems. It enables users to securely and automatically connect to company systems and data, making the process more seamless and secure.

It should develop on-premises cybersecurity tooling integrations to enable intelligent orchestration of enterprise-grade cybersecurity, which would support administrators in their daily tasks

What do you like best about the product?
This product is designed with security as a core principle, providing secure access for remote work. It also plays an important role within Zero Trust architecture. Users are able to conveniently access applications that are hosted on-premises.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process can be quite complex, and certain important features, such as MFA, often rely on the capabilities of the chosen Identity provider. Integrating with some systems can also present significant challenges. Additionally, this solution tends to be costly, especially for small to medium-sized enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For businesses with a significant number of remote employees, this solution offers a managed, secure, and zero trust approach to remote work. Users are able to work on their laptops smoothly without needing to be physically present at the office. The platform includes security features such as a firewall, content filtering, least privilege access, and DLP controls.

What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler offers application level access without the hassle typically associated with traditional VPNs. Its performance is both fast and reliable, and it provides clear visibility on detailed connection and audit logs an area where most VPNs tend to fall short.

The initial setup and policy configuration can be bit complex, and the admin UI would be user -friendly and make navigation and troubleshooting easier

Zscaler Private Access helps us secure access to apps, It’s made remote work smoother and reduced the usual VPN issues, while also giving better control and visibility for the IT and security team.
Superior Security Beyond Typical VPNs
What do you like best about the product?
What I love bout Zcaler private is the kind of security that brings to the table, not like the usual VPNS you can find anywhere, you can see how it works perfectly, keeping everything in order and safe on your end

What I don´t like, it´s quite expensive in comparisson of many VPNS in the market that can give you similar tools and experience, so this is something that makes me reconsider Zscaler as the main option, but at the end of the day is amazing

It´s reducing the risk of exposure on the net, additionally reenforce the security to the next level, which helps the company to feel safe, maintaining everything under control.

It has better security and the best user experience and also it also has better visibility and policy control.
As it is cloud - native, it doesn't need any heavy hardware and scalability is very easy.

The setup for Zscaler is little complex and also the pricing is bit high compared to other competitors.
Since ZPA is cloud based and uses outbound tunnel, good internet connection is always required.

Great Access Control, but a Bit Complex for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
One thing that i loved about using it, the fact that they went beyond fto ensure only specific access to network is one of the most amazing thing i've seen in a while, wish a lot of people actually used it in my country

It's kinda complex for me, but i like it so far tbh , not a specific thing that i dislike about it really, just that it might kinda be complex for first time users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I remember knowing about it , on reddit after seacrhing for an alternative , after using different VPN, one thing that i love about it is how they've changed security for VPN providers(Idk why no one thought about it before hhh), anyways, it has changed how people has access to data, limiting to only a selected networks is amazing and as someone who values security and data , this is a gem
