What do you like best about the product?
It helped me to keep my grammar error free and accurate all the time. Ensuring all my texts, mails and rest of everything is polished.

Many features are getting paid which was earlier free.

Helps in resolving grammar issues, refining sentences, mails and texts to keep them accurate always.

An Essential Tool for Error-Free Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly because it helps me spot and fix errors quickly. It makes my work fast and easy, especially in customer service, where I need to text fast and accurately. Grammarly is excellent at spotting spelling and punctuation errors, which makes my conversations with customers clearer and easier to understand. I like that it not only spots errors first but also gives solutions, like showing the correct spelling options when I'm unsure. This feature saves me time and helps me work faster by providing options to choose from directly when clicking on the error signs, like the red or blue highlights. Additionally, the initial setup is very easy, as I can upload it and sign up using my company email to access all the premium tools without needing to pay out of pocket.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Grammarly should improve when it comes to other languages, except for English, a user should be able to choose the language that they would like to get the correct spelling for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps spot and fix spelling and punctuation errors, making my customer service communication clear and understandable. It speeds up my work by quickly suggesting corrections, which saves me time and helps me respond efficiently.
Simple Spell Checker, but the Desktop App Feels Intrusive and Resource-Heavy
What do you like best about the product?
Basic spell checker is good and it's simple to use

The desktop app is intrusive and hogs resources on older machines. The AI push is very aggressive although I have an education plan.

Great Free Features, but a Glitchy Chrome Extension Can Be Irritating
What do you like best about the product?
User interface when using in chrome as an extension, it is sometimes, glitchy and mostly it bothers me more instead of helping.
There is no such app or way that I've seen where Grammarly can be integrated. I've been using free subscription, cz that's all help I need. Onboarding is smooth and never had any big issue where I needed to contact support. AI usage available where I can get unto 100 text generations for free.

What do you dislike about the product?
Glitchy widget not every time it works smooth. Sometimes even after selecting the suggested correction, it doesn't correct the words properly. This makes me feel very irritated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minor grammar corrections is what Grammarly is helping me in. Example adding a comma or semi colon, then sometimes I use "In case if you want to" where "if" word is unnecessary. Things like that Grammarly helps me in.
Constructive Suggestions, Slightly Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly's suggestions are always constructive. The suggestions are particularly helpful for improving sentence structure and sentence flow. I also found the initial setup of Grammarly to be very easy.

Sometimes suggestions are not really what I was looking for, although my statements are grammatically correct. Additionally, it is expensive.

Grammarly helps with grammar, sentence structure, and overall structure. I like that its suggestions are always constructive and helpful for sentence flow.

Grammarly is literally a life saver when I can't think of how I want to say something.

I honestly wish they had a subscription that was a little more cost-friendly for teachers.

Grammarly saves me a lot of time when it comes to communicating, and it definitely shortens the communication process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly because it gives me confidence in writing emails to other companies and also gives me help writing letters to businesses and helps when drafting contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly suggests changing wording when it doesn't need to be changed. That would be the only downfall I would suggest.

Grammarly benefits me by correcting punctuation errors and suggesting simpler words to simplify my writing. It has cut down the time spent on emails, so more work productivity can be achieved.
Good Tool, But Token Limits and Pricing Hold It Back

It’s good, but these days AI can do the same job, like Copilot.

Limit tokens and failry expensive. Could be faster also

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is quick and accurate, providing detailed solutions while I'm writing. I appreciate the sentence improvement feature, as it reframes sentences properly and suggests synonyms for professionalism. Even if my pronunciation is wrong, it corrects and improves it perfectly. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be super easy, just requiring the enabling of a few settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can be improved is Grammarly's proper understanding of the statement. It should show an understanding of emotions and add up to the tone of the text. If the text is emotional, it should reflect that, and if it's angry, it should add a corresponding tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to enhance my writing by checking grammar and spelling, making emails professional. It's quick and accurate, providing detailed solutions and improving sentence structure. It suggests synonyms for professionalism, even correcting wrong pronunciations.
