    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that Grammarly quickly suggests ways to improve my writing. It's easy to work with, and I appreciate its efficiency. The setup was very easy, as I just had to click on a link sent by the admin, and it automatically integrated into everything I create. This automatic integration has been really helpful.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think all of the comma suggestions kind of get a little annoying at times. It wants commas after every single greeting and before someone's name, which I don't feel is necessary.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Grammarly for creating emails and content for newsletters. It quickly suggests improvements, is easy to work with, and efficient, enhancing my communication.

    I use Grammarly to fix grammar and clarity in my writing, which helps me avoid mistakes and write clearly and confidently. I like its real-time suggestions and ease of use; the suggestions fix errors instantly without slowing me down. The initial setup was very easy, quick to install and start using. I also appreciate that I can use it with my browser, Google Docs, and email platforms.

    Sometimes suggestions are inaccurate and the premium features feel limited in the free version. I would like it to improve context understanding for more accurate suggestions and add advanced rewrites and clearer explanations in the premium.

    What I like most about Grammarly is how it provides real-time writing suggestions that improve clarity, tone, and overall professionalism. It’s easy to use across different platforms, whether in emails, documents, or web browsers, and helps catch grammar, spelling, and punctuation issues quickly. I also find the tone and clarity suggestions particularly useful for making communication more effective. Overall, it saves time, improves writing quality, and gives confidence that messages are clear and polished.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One drawback of Grammarly is that some of its suggestions can feel overly generic or not fully aligned with the intended tone, especially for more nuanced or context-specific writing. It can occasionally flag correct phrasing as an issue, which requires manual review rather than full reliance on the tool. Additionally, many of the more advanced features are locked behind the premium version, which can limit value on the free plan. Overall, it’s very useful, but still requires a level of human judgement to get the best results.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Grammarly to edit emails, write-ups, and slides before submitting them, as it helps make my content more professional. I like its ease of usage and that it can link to emails directly, allowing me to edit right in Gmail without opening it separately. When typing an email, I can adjust the tone for professionalism, correct grammar, and replace repetitive words to enhance the overall presentation. The initial setup was really easy; adding the add-on to Google Chrome was simple.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think at times the suggestions are quite redundant. The words it proposes are quite out of my vocabulary, being a non-native English speaker it's quite tough. I need to jump to ChatGPT to write sometimes. It would be helpful to have a mode with more common words and a tool for translation on the side.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Grammarly to make my content more professional, ensuring grammatical accuracy and improving my email tone. It's easy to use, integrates directly with Gmail, and offers suggestions for finishing slides and replacing repetitive words.
