I like making sure my writing is cogent and grammatically correct - this tool helps me do all of the above. It's also very responsive, and I appreciate that.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the suggestions are not quite in line with what the writing is about, so that's to be expected. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As far as problem-solving goes, I get more cogent alternatives and better copy flow, which is very beneficial when you're on quick turnarounds for jobs. (In fact, Grammarly helped me with this answer!)

I like Grammarly for its speed, accuracy in grammar, and the user-friendly interface. It provides a final grammar check and AI detection, which ensures that even my own-written essays don't look like AI-written, considering that I tend to write in a very organized way.

Well. It is weak in inferring the context whether in academic or in business.

It works seamlessly across different platforms, so it has become a tool I use almost every day.

There is not much to dislike, but sometimes Grammarly can be a bit too aggressive with its suggestions, especially when writing in a personal or conversational style. There are occasions where the recommended changes make the text sound less natural than intended. Also, some of the more advanced features are only available in the premium version, which may not be ideal for users who are looking for a complete experience on the free plan.

Grammarly helps me solve the problem of writing clear, error free, and professional content without spending a lot of time reviewing every sentence. In my day to day work, I regularly communicate through emails, business documents, and messages, often with people from different countries. Grammarly helps me catch grammar mistakes, improve sentence structure, and ensure that my message is communicated the way I intend. This saves time, reduces the chances of misunderstandings, and gives me more confidence in both professional and everyday communication.

My role as Director of Housekeeping can be very valuable, as a large part of my job involves professional communication with team members, guests, homeowners, vendors, recruiters, and leadership teams. Also, help me in two languages, as I am bilingual.

Not all suggestions are correct; they can make writing sound too formal and don't replace critical thinking.

I think the way Grammarly works within the browser and Windows could be better. A lot of the time, it just leaves it blank and doesn't pick up the right text. Sometimes, it just doesn't do the thing it's supposed to do.

Grammarly fixes spelling, grammar, and other errors. It helps me write more clearly, professionally, and confidently across various communications. Its real-time suggestions save time, and tone recommendations ensure my message is conveyed as intended, improving both my writing quality and efficiency.

Easy to set up and use daily, especially for email. Well integrated with Gmail.

Sometimes it needs to reload the page completely to activate it, and sometimes, especially on LinkedIn, it needs to add the content at the beginning, not replace the mistakes.

Improving grammar in English and French, which is quite important when you are not a native speaker.

Pricing is a bit high. Sometimes, when working on a draft, I would like to turn it off as it can be distracting when brainstorming ideas.

I appreciate that Grammarly allows installation on several devices. I like that it allows me to improve grammar but not change the essence of what I am trying to communicate.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike that the mobile option offers fewer features than the desktop version. I also dislike that the personal version doesn’t include an option for a BAA. This is a setback for small businesses, especially solo practitioners or solo entrepreneurs.

It saves me time and helps me streamline professional documentation and research presentations.
