that it corrects grammar I don't notice so my writing is better for work.

sometimes it is not always correct, sometimes I accidentally click add to dictionary then removing the wrong word is annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
There was a time before ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools when there were no truly reliable options for correcting and refining emails, content, or almost anything written in English. Grammarly was a real boon for many people. It could polish emails, contact forms, essays, and all kinds of communication. The corrections were impressively accurate, and the refinements often felt almost magical. Not only did it fix mistakes, but it also helped users improve their language skills. I have personally seen how it made life easier for those who needed to communicate in English but were not native speakers. Although Grammarly's appeal hasn't diminished, I find that I don't use it as frequently as I did before the rise of AI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always get it right! While it may be grammatically correct, there are moments when, even after making all the corrections, the end result doesn't quite communicate what I intend. I wouldn't place my full trust in it, but it remains a valuable companion. Despite these shortcomings, I still enjoy using it and plan to keep doing so.

When you need to send an important email that could determine whether you land a project or not, Grammarly is there to help you catch those small mistakes you often notice only after hitting the send button. It's not just useful for emails; it can also be invaluable when writing a crucial company blog post or reaching out to a potential client through a contact form. As long as your writing is in English, Grammarly proves to be extremely helpful in a variety of situations. The Grammarly browser plugin enhances the experience even further by integrating directly with text fields, making it easy to correct errors as you type.

I use Grammarly with all its tools wherever possible, and it helps me improve my English and professional communication like sharing business letters. It aids in learning to interact and develop interpersonal skills by enhancing both language and communication abilities. Its basic features are easily accessible, especially when dealing with storage limitations, as it comes as an extension, app, software, and keyboard widget. This versatility makes it lifesaving on any platform or device. Since English has so many rules, it's unrealistic to ensure all corrections manually, but Grammarly addresses this by making everything accessible without complexity, working in the background to make interactions smooth. It simplifies writing and rewriting, allowing me to try multiple versions of a sentence without losing time, and its real-time corrections ensure I don't lose my workflow. Setting it up is quite easy, and the integration is smooth, making it accessible and implementable even for a layman.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that can be improved is the fact that it kinda forces smoothness and kindness that kills the natural raw edge of a sentence. Grammarly tries to turn everything neat and clean, gentle into strength. I think it misreads emotional intent, and where a sharp, blunt tone is required, it auto smooths it, softens the tone, which not only corrupts the purpose of the message but also invalidates by always forcing to sound kind and gentle. It induces shame ultimately for blunt and free expression.

I use Grammarly to enhance my English and professional communication, benefiting from its accessibility across platforms. It simplifies writing by handling corrections in real-time without disrupting my workflow, thus improving my interpersonal and communication skills.

As with all AI software, sometimes the suggested reworking of a sentence/s would make stories inaccurate. Software is great for correcting missing words but not something you should trust to do the work for you

Honestly, it’s how it catches all those small mistakes I usually miss. Like typos, missing commas, or weird sentence structure. Saves me from sending emails with silly errors.
I also like the tone suggestions sometimes. I write too formally or too casually, and Grammarly helps balance that out. Plus, it works everywhere- Gmail, LinkedIn, and even Word docs. Integration is super convenient.

Sometimes it feels a bit too strict. Like, it suggests changes that make my writing sound robotic or not like how I’d normally talk. I get that it wants perfect grammar, but sometimes I want it to sound human, you know?
Also, the premium version is kinda pricey. It’s good, but not cheap. And now and then, it misses context- especially in technical stuff. Flags things that are actually correct, which gets annoying.

The biggest problem it solves for me is catching small mistakes I’d normally miss. Before Grammarly, I’d send emails with typos or wrong punctuation, and honestly it looked kinda unprofessional. Now I don’t have to worry about that.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for my essays, and it helps me with grammar, an AI checker, and plagiarism checker. I really like that Grammarly can identify that my essay is in APA format and helps me correct citations. This has helped me get better marks on my essays. The initial setup was very easy since at some point I had Grammarly installed, and then I received an email for a pro discount and tried it—it was easy to set up. I've recommended Grammarly to many students before because it has helped me a lot, so I would give it a rating of 10.

Sometimes it does not apply the same format to the entire paper, so for example, if something is in American English and I need it to be in British English, it does not format the whole thing.

Every day, I have to respond to a large number of emails during my shift. Thanks to Grammarly, I no longer worry about making grammar mistakes. It automatically corrects everything for me. I even used it while updating my current resume 😄

Sometimes I don't like the suggestions made, but that's fine with me. I'd like a function for using Canadian spelling with an ability to alternate to US spelling when needed. I tried to use it with Canva but it's not working.
