What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is excellent at offering grammatical assistance while writing. It helps with grammar correction, spelling correction, and sentence improvement, ensuring that you produce an error-free piece of writing quickly and efficiently. It has a great customer support. And is comparatively easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Grammarly is missing a few important aspects. It can sometimes be inaccurate and has limited contextual understanding, which means it may overlook subtle nuances or propose awkward changes. Additionally, it has the potential to hinder learning by encouraging lazy writing habits. There are also platform limitations, and accessing all features requires a paid subscription. It has the potential to incorporate more features in future will possibility to integrate with other writing platforms directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool corrects grammatical errors when I am writing official correspondence, academic research papers, and much more.

I find Grammarly quite useful for work. It helps me with my grammar and letters. I appreciate that it is user-friendly and effectively corrects my incorrect spellings and grammar. I also appreciate the more generous free content review part that Grammarly offers. Setting it up from my Google account was very quick, taking just 2-3 minutes.

If you use the app continuously for the free version for a long period, the quality of the plagiarism detector tends to get worse.

What I like most about Grammarly is that it works quietly in the background and catches mistakes before I do. It's too sweet! Since English is my second language, Grammarly serves as a reliable second opinion for my English formulation, especially in formal and official contexts. I find it particularly useful that Grammarly automatically detects the overall context and tone of my message and suggests better words and context formulations. The initial setup was also easy, just install and go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not specifically Grammarly but its extension becomes a bit annoying sometimes, when trying to select text for copying it, the dialog for the meaning of it automatically pops up hence interfering with the work I am actually supposed to do. The extension can be better by being a little less intrusive and offputting very times, it kind of forces it too much onto us when we don't even need it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is widely used on mobile because whenever I am typing on WhatsApp or Slack on mobile, it would be useful. What if it's integrated into Google Keyboard and I can use it directly.
