What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly fixes grammar and spelling mistakes, but more importantly, it helps my writing sound more professional and natural—especially in emails and chats. I also find the tone suggestions genuinely useful for communicating more clearly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it suggests changes that make my statements sound unnatural. For more casual writing, some of the recommended corrections can feel off or even inaccurate. Also, many premium features are locked behind a paid plan, which might still be helpful depending on what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer, Grammarly helps me draft more professional, polished emails, chats, and messages on platforms like Slack and MS Teams. It improves my grammar, tone, and sentence structure, which helps me communicate more clearly with clients and colleagues. Because of this, I feel more confident when writing, and it creates a more professional impression in my work communication.

One thing I dislike about Grammarly is that some of the more advanced suggestions are locked behind the premium version. From time to time, it also offers edits that can slightly shift the original tone or meaning of a sentence, so I still need to review the changes manually before accepting them.

I like it's humanizer agent. It takes stiff robotic-sounding text and rewrite it to sound more natural and engaging while keeping your original meaning intact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it's "Tone policing" it often tries to make writing too normal or safe, which can strip away your unique voice or make creative writing sound robotic.Also accuracy gaps, Academic "Red flags", performance lag, No offline Mode.

It eliminates costly "Small" Errors. It catches the typos, missing commas, confused words. It fixes "Tangled" sentences. It predicts how your reader will feel, it helps you adjust your language to get the specific reaction you want. Overall it saves your time and ensure your writing is clear and confident.

It required premium too soon for me. I would love it if they could offer a fully free option, so I don’t have to keep going back and forth between ChatGPT and him.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Grammarly works across multiple platforms. It works on web browsing and various apps I'm using, making it very versatile and effective. It's better than the built-in spell check for most applications. I also appreciate that it offers a free version and a paid version, improving grammar, spelling, and helping with learning. These features are particularly important for sending out professional communication. The initial setup was quick and easy after it was approved by IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is sometimes a little icon is in a weird place, and it blocks my navigation. Also, maybe sometimes I'm trying to write something weird, and Grammarly could learn a little bit better from my personal writing style.
