What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to double-check my spelling and improve my writing in emails and documents. It helps me better present my ideas, making them clearer and more organized. I really appreciate how easy it is to use since you don't need to activate it; it just merges with your working style. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recommendations are not that good; they feel less human.

A Must-Have Tool for Flawless Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to proofread and correct pretty much every word I type, and it's a godsend because spelling is not my forte. It saves me from sending sloppy, unreadable messages, emails, and texts by providing hints and suggestions when I'm making mistakes or my writing is too wordy. I love that it's so easy to use, especially with the Google Chrome Extension that automatically works on every webpage. The color underlining helps me see what needs editing or what could be better. If I see the red underline, I know there's an error, which is easy to fix before hitting send, preventing post-send regrets. It comes up with punctuation and spelling suggestions that are useful and needed. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps an autocorrect function for common mistakes it knows I make or emailing me a list of the ones I make frequently so I can learn to spell and avoid them in the future?

I don't like Grammarly telling me what words I need to use. It's too woke and politically correct. Don't make so many suggestions as to what I need to say and how I say it.

It's easy to use and suggestions to adjust my tone as per different scenarios.

I really don't like the button that pops up when you select text and wish to delete it. I mean, it doesn't work properly, and when you want to select the text and delete it, it starts erasing somewhere else.

It is benefiting me in communicating with customers by adjusting my tone of voice to a friendly yet professional demeanor.

I don't like it when the icon pops up on a site I don't need it on for instance when creating graphics on Canva. It can sometimes get in the way and I don't know how to move it easily.

The one thing I don't like about it is the pop up that always appears. I have to kind of move it around or it's sometimes in the way.

One thing I dislike about grammarly is that sometimes the suggestions can feel too aggressive, especially when original sentence is already clear and intentionally written in a specific tone.
