Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to use and automatically opens when I am tying on my MAC
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions do not match perfectly the content I wanted to write. It suggests to cut out a word and then my sentence is incomplete

It helps me to check spelling and grammar when writing on my MAC. It suggests better grammatical ways of expressing what I wanted to say

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Grammarly is how accurately it catches grammar and punctuation mistakes while also suggesting clearer and more natural wording. It’s easy to use, works in real time in my browser, and helps me write more confidently and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly is that it can be overly aggressive and sometimes inconsistent with its suggestions, especially for more nuanced writing. It occasionally recommends changes that oversimplify the text or slightly alter my intended meaning. I’d like it to better adapt to my writing style and give me more control over which types of suggestions to prioritize or ignore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Grammarly, I often spent too much time proofreading and still missed small grammar or tone issues, especially when writing in a hurry. Now Grammarly helps me quickly catch mistakes, improve clarity, and adjust the tone to match the context. This saves me time on editing and gives me more confidence that my emails, documents, and messages sound professional and easy to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for content writing, and it solves grammar issues and helps in getting new ideas. I like the quick grammar suggestions it provides while I'm writing. Its AI feature assists me by suggesting new ideas. The initial setup was very easy, just a simple sign-in process, which made getting started with Grammarly a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think anything such but it should improve in AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for content writing; it solves grammar issues quickly and its AI features help generate new ideas.
Convenient Real-Time Writing Assistant, Needs Refinement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily use Grammarly on my phone keyboard and that it’s an extension in my browsers, emails, and word documents. It's convenient to get my writing reviewed in real-time while typing on my phone or writing an email instead of having to open a separate app for Grammarly and copy and paste text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly makes suggestions that change the meaning of sentences. It tells me my phrasing is passive when I just referred to the thing I’m describing in the sentence immediately before. Sometimes I’ll dismiss a wording suggestion like “want to sound more friendly?” And I’ll hit dismiss and it’ll still keep popping up.

Learning features struggle to pick up on repeatedly used phrases and proper nouns. Occasionally interferes with the normal operation of apps and websites.

User-Friendly and Essential for Polishing Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is very easy and user-friendly. It's been really helpful for sermon writing, allowing me to go through and make sure that what I'm writing is referenced correctly. I also appreciate being able to set the tone I'm trying to communicate with, and polish things up where needed. The initial setup was a piece of cake, and I really think the bang is worth a buck. I also partner my Grammarly use with ChatGPT, and at my previous church, we had a staff of eight where pretty much everybody used it. I swear by it and would give it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. It's a great product.

I use Grammarly for emails, business meetings, and sermon writing, ensuring correct references, tone, and polish. It's user-friendly and worth the cost.

The desktop app doesn't work as well, and sometimes my chats don't sense it. Might be an integration issue, but I'm not sure.

It effectively solves my tendency to write in passive voice and picks up on grammatical and spelling errors better than some other reviewers.

I'm frustrated because Grammarly doesn't consistently pick up the same areas where improvement is needed across all of our staff's documents. For example, sometimes it misses passive voice, which is significant within our organization.

I find Grammarly very useful. It solves spelling mistakes, grammar issues, and helps rewrite letters or emails in the correct format. I love the option where you can ask Grammarly to improve your text, offering different options and solutions on how to rewrite in a correct format. Setting it up was easy, and I use Grammarly on my mobile phone. It's the best experience I've had for correcting and writing, and I always subscribe to it because of that.
