What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly's readability score because it allows me to address my audience accordingly. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, and I appreciate that aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates and the storage of previous writings. I should be able to tap the letter G and have access to all of my writings. The updates are frequent and we lose simplicity with the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps with punctuation, voice, and clarity, improving both my professional and common communication.

I use Grammarly for checking grammar, and I like that it helps me identify typos. It allows me to see when I accidentally type the wrong word or punctuation, which is really helpful. The initial setup of Grammarly was easy too.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly gives me peace of mind that I'm not missing any large errors, especially when I'm fatigued or working on a big project. I use it as my final check after I've already done my edits. I like that Grammarly works wherever I'm writing—whether in Google Docs, Gmail, or our CRM system. It's convenient because it checks my writing anywhere without having to leave and go to an outside webpage or copy and paste my writing. The initial setup was very easy; I don't even really remember having to do anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will re-pop the same suggestion after I've already asked it to ignore it. That gets annoying. And there are some platforms where, for whatever reason, the edits don't work properly and I have to type them manually. I'm not sure what causes it to happen, but on some rare occasions when I click the red underline and ask it to make the edits, it will attempt to do so but it fails. I don't know what causes that to happen but it would be great if it were fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly gives me peace of mind by catching errors I might miss, especially when tired. It's my final check after editing, and I love that it integrates seamlessly across platforms like Google Docs and Gmail without needing to copy and paste.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly practically in everything, for chat and all sorts of text. It's easy to work with and gives good advice. I like that it knows a lot about punctuation and works with multiple languages, which I think is the best improvement they've done in years. Setting it up is pretty straightforward and very easy. I use it with email apps, Office apps, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and some browsers, so it's almost everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oh, definitely the keyboard on mobile devices, like tablets or phones. Yeah. It is not completely compatible with some features. So I would like to be more integrated with the operating system. Also, I would like to know exactly the security measures for the information gathered because it checks all typing

I like Grammarly's straightforward approach, and it understands my intention very well. As English is my second language, I appreciate the assist from Grammarly to complete my writing confidently, especially when sharing it with my colleagues. I also value how it integrates with my journaling app, Diaro.

I find the speed of Grammarly to be a bit slow. Also, the initial setup was a bit complicated because I changed workplaces and needed to update my email address.

It uses too many commas, and the initial correction does not use everyday language and instead follows strict grammar rules.

I use Grammarly every day for both work and personal use, primarily for proofreading emails and documents. I find it very helpful for adjusting the writing tone; it allows me to choose the audience style, whether for a professional setting, a knowledgeable audience, or a more business-oriented context. It also keeps my informal writing correct when I'm writing to friends and family. As an English-as-a-second-language speaker, Grammarly helps me maintain a consistent tone and voice in my professional writing while allowing me to write in an informal yet correct English syntax and voice on the personal side. Setting up Grammarly is pretty straightforward with its Windows app, Microsoft Office tool, and mobile app. I would absolutely recommend using Grammarly to friends and colleagues.

So far, I have found that the browser built-in widget and the web-based app may produce different results, not wildly inconsistent, but somewhat different. Sometimes it may change the voice slightly.

I use Grammarly in all of my documents, including weekly sermons, articles, and email blasts. It does a great job of ensuring I use great grammar, sentence structure and making corrections or suggestions as needed. I appreciate that it helps me make better decisions, stops me from making errors, misspellings, poor punctuation, and improves my overall writing. I value the correction options the most, as Grammarly ensures I spell things correctly and that my grammar and sentence structure is good. It is like having a writing assistant/editor. The initial setup was very easy; I've never had any issues with it. Based on my experience, I'd recommend Grammarly to others, rating it a nine or ten out of ten because it's absolutely worth it.

The only annoying thing every once in a while is the little icon. It comes up and gets in the way at times when I'm trying to do something else, and I gotta work around.
