What do you like best about the product?
Choices: AI or Grammarly, scanning for AI
What do you dislike about the product?
Support. My institution will no longer purchase this due to the weak financial systems. There were constant emails concerning payment. Some of those emails were over 6 months old.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No business issues as the institution will not purchase again. My account is singular.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly for helping me handle sensitive communications like mental health topics and ensuring I communicate in a trauma-informed and person-centered way. I really like the tone feature and the suggestions for making my writing sound less offensive, which is important to me. The initial setup was very simple, and I also use Grammarly on my iPhone for messages. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the experience so far.

I use Grammarly to catch grammatical issues and missing words in my emails, letting me efficiently send 20 to 30 emails a day. It helps ensure I communicate effectively on sensitive topics without offending anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Grammarly has supported me in different writing endeavors like writing a book, social media posts, and emails. It keeps my writing focused on the subject matter, ensuring correct spelling and punctuation. I like that it interfaces with many other writing tools, which is important for me. It works perfectly with MS Word and all social media platforms. I use Grammarly with Gmail daily, and this integration works phenomenally well. The setup was easy, as it just involved downloading the app and adding the extension to my chosen tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this is a Grammarly issue or an Adobe issue, but Grammarly will not work with InDesign. I have decided to cancel my subscription with Adobe as Grammarly works well with MS Word.

I use Grammarly to keep my writing focused and ensure correct spelling and punctuation. It integrates well with tools like MS Word and Gmail, making my writing tasks easier.

Grammarly catches almost all spelling and grammar errors, including those that are ordinary in Southern conversation
Saves Me 2 Hours a Day with Easy, Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me about 2 hours a day and keeps me honest. It is easy and integrated with everything, plus I love the weekly snapshots.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, the lack of customer support when you need to get a hold of the team, and the overall company comms are the worst. It would be great if there was a coaching effort to help get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My grammar is better, my speed is better, my copy is clean and organized, and life is good.
Essential Tool for ESL Users with Some Mobile Quirks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly has improved so much over the past few years, constantly getting better. One of my favorite aspects is how it helps me with sentence structures. I also enjoy the look of the website, especially when I'm working on my computer; it's really good. Using it as a plugin on Chrome is super useful because it helps correct my emails directly in my email account. It just gives me a peace of mind knowing that my writing is being verified, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that it messes up when I'm using it on my phone. The app is not really good. Like, the keyboard thing is not really good. Sometimes it adds in the text that it's verified, so I have the same text twice. Other times, it's not really noticing errors. The Grammarly keyboard on my phone is very glitchy. I've been using Grammarly for years and improvements have not been ramped up as much as on the website, and this should be on the top of the list of things that should be fixed. I used iPhones.

Grammarly helps me ensure my writing is error-free since English isn't my first language. It lets me learn from mistakes, boosting my confidence. It's handy on both computer and phone for checking emails and articles, offering peace of mind with its corrections.

I like its convenience. I appreciate the suggestions Grammarly offers; even though I don't always follow them, I like having the opportunity to think and review my writing. I do like the introduction of AI. It's become part of several AI tools I use for editing, and I find it easy to use on a day-to-day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to turn Grammarly off and on at will, like with a hot key in Word, it's a hassle to go through settings to turn it off for an hour.

Sometimes, text will be underlined in blue, but when I hover, nothing pops up or happens. Also, I have to refresh applications like Google Docs sometimes before it works.
