Grammarly Cleans Up My Live Notes and Turns Them Into Clear Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
Part of my job involves taking certain reports from mandated reporters and since I have to be listening live, there are many mistakes I make but I know what i was referencing when I was finished. I like that Grammarly has a good idea of what im writing and can help me clean it up. I also use the assistant to write a descriptive summary of everything I type.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes I have to refresh the page to use it. It could be that the app timed out, but it's a little bothersome when I have to refresh the page to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For working in a call center, Grammrly allows me to jot down everything i hear and have the confidence that the AI powering grammarly will allow me to fix my mistakes all at once instead of going through every single mispelled work. It has definitely improved my productivity, and I'm sure it has, in turn, helped the recipients of the report better understand what was said during the call.

I find Grammarly easy to use, which really helps me in my role as a Digital & Social Media Coordinator since I'm always writing. Its writing suggestions are good most of the time, and I also enjoy the weekly wrap-up emails that provide further insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its suggestions are wrong, and there are no way to ignore them. I wish there was an ignore permanently feature.

I use Grammarly for proofreading, writing assistance, and rephrasing, which are crucial for my role.

A lifesaver, especially when I’m in a hurry—it catches errors immediately. This software can help anyone, whether you’re a professional writer or just putting together an email. In a business setting, when I’m drafting an agreement, it’s truly a gift to have a reliable partner right there on my computer. Overall, it’s wonderful and has become genuinely invaluable to me.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for English spelling check and for its plagiarism detector. It facilitates grammar review and saves me time to write more. Its plagiarism detector helps me ensure that my articles are 100% original and to detect phrases that may match with other articles, helping me differentiate my writings from others to give them a unique touch. Something I like is that it now includes more languages besides English. The extension with Google Docs helps me a lot to review before sending it directly to Grammarly. The initial setup was super easy; in minutes I was already reviewing my first texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss how it used to show the Flesch Reading Score before. And I don't like that it has so many generative AI options. When I import a document and then export it again, it changes the document's format and it takes me more time to get it back to how it was. Before, when exporting, it respected the format with which it was imported.

I use Grammarly for spell checking in English and its plagiarism detector. It facilitates grammar checking and saves me time to write more.
