User-Friendly Writing Aid with Simplicity and Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I think Grammarly's simplicity is great. I use it mainly for editing and creating simple texts, and I really appreciate its text editor for its simplicity. I also find its interface easy and comfortable to use, even though it might seem a bit overloaded at times. These aspects of Grammarly — the simplicity, ease of use, and the comfortable interface — are key for me. Setting it up was very straightforward; I just went online, registered, and started using it. It's that easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes it is hard to tell the instrument that's the way I wrote the word is the way I meant to write it. So, like, adding an exclusion or trying to make sure that this work will not be somehow fixed again in the future. The problem that I personally see is that ratings score, comprehension score that Grammarly loves to give you, which I personally use all the time, are not clear enough about which exact things are influencing the score itself. What I want to know is what exactly did I do to make this score lower by, e. g., two points?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for processing my emails and basically all other texts to avoid simple typos and structural mistakes when presenting them to others.

I appreciate how it automatically suggests corrections for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
TThe pop-up can be frustrating since there is no option to hide or move it.

It shows me autocorrections and provides professional paraphrases. It helps keep my writing more professional and in whatever tone I want it to be. Overall, it has improved my vocabulary a lot, and my English as well.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Grammarly is how seamlessly it improves writing quality in real time across my workflows like emails, documents and messaging platforms. The UI is very clean and intuitive and suggestions are clean and easy to apply. I especially value the AI powered tone detection, sentence paraphrasing, and suggestions because they help make communication more professional and concise. Onboarding is very simple with a browser extension and desktop app inregrates very smoothly. Performace is also fast and reliable while giving real time suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly is that some AI suggestions can feel overly polished, especially when I’m writing in a personal or creative tone, because it prioritizes perfect grammar over a more natural flow. The UI is clean, but the pop-up suggestions can sometimes get too noisy and end up cluttering the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of grammatical mistakes, error prone and inefficient writing. It benefits me by helping me write faster, more confidently and with fewer mistakes, especially in professional emails, documents and client communications. The AI suggestions really improve clarity and readability of the writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly mainly for paraphrasing, and also specifically for summaries and refining my messages. I like the tone it suggests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m debating whether it will become obsolete as newer LLMs do a much better, faster job. Right now, the only things separating Grammarly are its integration with multiple apps and its automatic suggestions, but those could soon be done by AI as well.
