Great tool to help those who yell in emails not get fired!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is scans for tone. Sometimes, I get annoyed at someone who emails me and rather than exploding on them, it mellows my words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's just wrong. It won't allow for my preferences. Sometimes the bug gets in the way and you can't move it so you have to turn it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tone scan is probably the best feature. It's prevented me from getting fired a couple of times. No BS. I'll perform the psychological exercise of writing to get my feelings out. Then it will suggest a milder revision, which, when I don't feel like deleting and rewriting, is just awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for both work and personal purposes because it's really helped me communicate better and learn. Seeing how it writes and corrects helps me remember how to fix grammatical errors for future use. I like that it's really interactive and fast. When I write an email, it shows me a better way to write the sentence and cleans up the punctuation without me spending time going back to fix it. It's a big time saver and helps me communicate because it makes my emails look more put together. I also find it easy to integrate into the browser as an add-on, which was super quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to say exactly what I dislike because I just use Grammarly as needed. I feel like I probably don't know a lot of the features that come with it. Some quick tutorials or walkthroughs on these features would probably be helpful because I want to know more about what it can offer. Another thing that I didn't like so much was installing it on my phone for texting; it just took up too much space, and there were a lot of buttons to push. It ended up feeling more chaotic, so I took it off my phone because it wasn't very helpful for texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to improve my communication skills and learn from corrections. It helps organize my thoughts in emails, saves me time, and reduces frustration. It also boosts my confidence by making me aware of and correcting recurring grammar mistakes.

Sometime it hovers in places I don't need it.

I really enjoy how Grammarly gives me ideas and suggestions of how to write better. It's very easy to set up.

I think Grammarly could improve the speed of the microphone and recording my voice and dictation.

The ease of use is great. Also, I generally can trust it to not make mistakes.

When it is not totally accurate, sometimes, if I am in a hurry, I miss that the corrective areas are not quite what I need to say. I wish the tone feature could be more fluid.
