Ease of use as we can just install the extension and let it help with anything we write. For example, our documents etc

Sometimes it tries to autocorrect too much. It should understand that some words are not English but domain specific words which need to be as is

Grammarly helps me catch grammar and spelling mistakes as I type, which saves me a lot of time. It works across browsers and apps, so I don't have to copy-paste my text anywhere.

The free version is quite limited, most useful suggestions like clarity and tone improvements are locked behind the premium plan

It corrects grammar, rephrases, edits, suggests, and changes the sound of a sentence to be formal, casual, or direct. It's the best tool for writing, making your document flawless.

Sometimes it takes time to load, and also changes the meaning of the sentence sometimes, we have to review the document, we can't rely fully.

It helps in faster edits and checks plagiarism, as well as AI-generated text, easily in the document itself. All in one in one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is very handy for reviewing spelling and grammar mistakes where it's supported, and correcting them with a simple click. I also like the suggested wording features, which help continue writing smoothly while avoiding awkward phrasing and errors. The AI tone identification feature is engaging to use and provides interesting insights into how written communication may be perceived. I also thought the citation generation was a unique and useful, putting all document features in one cohesive extension. The platform's UI is clean and easy to navigate, and integrates seamlessly with any text file where the extension is permitted. Pricing is affordable, however the free tier is a very robust package also.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of performance, there was occasionally some latency in the writing assistance and suggestion generation. While this may be difficult to circumvent given the nature of cloud-based AI processing, it introduces a dependency on internet connection for something that is otherwise traditionally offline. This can interfere with Grammarly's responsiveness whenever connections are slower or unstable, negatively affecting workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly introduces better ways to rephrase writing that can benefit from more professionalism or clarity. This is done very quickly because time required to manually proofread is greatly reduced. Altogether, this helps polish any text I'm working on and makes it easier for others to understand. As someone who writes many essays and emails, Grammarly thoroughly enhanced everywhere I used it, and helped reduce the time needed to complete those documents.
