What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly because it's very well integrated, which means I don't have to do anything, and it corrects issues for me. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For longer emails, Grammarly does not have full context.

Grammarly checks for grammar errors in my emails and is well integrated, so I don't have to do anything for it to correct the issues.

I use Grammarly to correct grammar in emails or online forms. It solves typing issues, punctuations, and grammatical errors. I like how it identifies all issues correctly. Browser supports are best compatible with Grammarly. I use Grammarly to rewrite my emails professionally, and the initial setup was pretty easy, just need to signup or login.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which can be improved that or I feel which can be added is, other Windows desktop apps integration like it should work with them too.

Sometimes it says sentences are grammatically correct but contextually unnecessary, especially in technical writing. In technical content, it will flag a valid technical term as incorrect.

Sometimes, initially for the free version, the limit becomes a bit too limited. It's like a very small box that I have to fit in and work on. I just hope all those things with the free version do not come. It can also give me options besides just one. Sometimes it just gives me one input that this can be better, but I don't want it to be in that tone. I think it should give multiple options, like rearranging words, besides just one.

Grammarly works best for me among the AI tools I use, like Merlin and Gemini, because I can use it as a Chrome extension. The initial setup was very easy, and I didn't have to go through a lengthy or cumbersome process. It was user-friendly to set up.

I think sometimes Grammarly takes a lot of time and it doesn't suit my needs very well. For instance, when I wanted to write a formal email and gave instructions, it wasn't doing very well for me. The continuous suggestions for spelling and word choice can be very annoying. I don't always want to replace words with the suggestions it offers.
