Versatile and Easy-to-Use Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is always available and I don't have to keep re-logging in all the time. I appreciate that it's integrated into my browser, desktop, and Word, which makes it very handy and easy to use. Additionally, I find that setting up Grammarly is very easy, whether reinstalling on my desktop or setting up plugins for browsers and my iPhone. It's great that Grammarly is always there, ready to assist whenever I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think that Grammarly's AI is quite where it needs to be to write out full sentences, and I've tried it to use it to write something more from scratch or to make it more readable, and sometimes that does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me find the correct word and rephrase paragraphs for better understanding, especially when I write technically. It also aids in writing formal communications to government officials.

What do you like best about the product?
How fast and easy it is to use Grammarly. Also works perfectly with the Apple iOS
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little too much, but overall a good software.

Essential Editor with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Grammarly serves as an editor when I'm working by myself. The spell check is very helpful, and I appreciate the ability to ask for assistance in changing the tone of a sentence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the suggestions that Grammarly gives are not accurate. It might suggest that I change a word to a different word that's not accurate, or suggest punctuation that isn't accurate. Also, I have to restart the extension a lot. It glitches and wont work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me stay within word counts, checks spelling, and sometimes assists in changing the tone of sentences.

What do you like best about the product?
It catches mistakes I would never notice and makes my writing clearer and more professional. The suggestions are smart, the interface is easy to use, and it saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, Grammarly has trouble loading on my Mac, and when it does run, it can noticeably slow down the computer.

Grammarly helps catch grammatical errors, unclear phrasing, and inconsistencies that I might overlook. It improves the clarity and readability of my writing, which saves me time and helps ensure that my communication is polished and professional.

Lightning-Fast Performance That Boosts Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the email updates that share personal usage stats. I also like how quick and easy it is to review and accept/deny grammar suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little green 'g' widget is always in the way on the screen. I have to move it quite often to try and finish up what I am working on. Also, sometimes if I select the suggestion, it puts in the new suggestion and still leaves the original text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the head of a very small team with a number of significant public-facing writing projects, I love having the ability to use Grammarly as an additional check. It's also decreased the amount of time I have to spend proofreading and looking up grammar rules to ensure our output is accurate.
Excellent for Perfecting Tone in Documents

The ability to help me improve a written document to set a certain tone of voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the browser extension will not read some websites when it is text fields you type in.

Flexible Message Presentation Tailored to Any Audience
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated being able to select how I wanted to present my messages depending on the audience, whether they were knowledgeable or more general. This feature allowed me to tailor the context accordingly, which helped me frame and revise my documents to suit the intended readers. As a result, my text flowed much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did NOT like the way that I could not change the company defaults that I set up. Specifically, there were no clear instructions on how to change them, and the instructions that were provided were not clear or present in the options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate being able to tailor my writing to suit the audience, which helps me make my documents clear and concise.
Outstanding Experience and Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. I write hundreds of thousands of words a week for my job and for school. Having Grammarly on my side makes sure everything I am putting out is as good as it can be. It helps me with punctuation, phrasing, and structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not as great on mobile but I don't use it on my phone very often.

Grammarly helps me confidently show up in my work and has helped me become a better writer by highlighting mistakes and guiding me to correct them. I also really enjoy the weekly stats tracking to see how things are improving, and I do like knowing how much I am writing every week.
