Sharp, Clear Emails and Trade Marketing Material Proofing
What do you like best about the product?
It’s useful to run my writing through this, especially emails, to make sure that when I write to customers it sounds clear, concise, and makes good sense. I’m trying to cut down on how wordy my writing can be, avoid over-explaining, and stop using phrases or terms that aren’t conducive to business communication, and Grammarly helps me reduce those issues. The interface is straightforward; you can upload files or write something yourself and then edit on the fly. It is also easy to set up and you can just log in using your google account so you don't have to remember another account name. I like that I can upload documents directly as long as they are in .doc or .rtf. I've never had any bugs or crashes even with putting in large amounts of writing for edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't directly upload a pdf and have it spit out the text for editing. I'm also not able to upload other types of files like .pub or .ppt so instead I have to open say, a PDF, put it into edit mode then copy + paste. Takes a bit longer to do it that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves my having to read my work over and over again to come up with writing that is short. I need to get to the point quickly and make my point strong while not missing anything. Grammarly helps chop out the essentials from what I need to communicate. Also, I can use the integrated AI function to give some suggestions or write out an example of some copy that I want to use and I can edit from there. It's a good program to bounce ideas and writing off of instead of needing another person to look at it for you. Recently, I've been using it for helping out with grammar and punctuation and clarity for brochures and contracts.
User-Friendly Setup That Works Everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you download it on your computer then it works on everything. It's very user friendly and easy to change the settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just a little pricey, but it's wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my emails sound better and fixing my typos. I can jot down some things and not worry about misspellings, and it will fix it all for me. It also saves me a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you the chance to proof read and make your sentence have more meaning

It disrupts you mid sentence which gets annoying at times

Helpful Proofreading That Catches Mistakes as You Write
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been very helpful for proofreading and correcting my writing mistakes. It integrates smoothly across platforms and runs in the background whenever I start writing, so I can catch issues as I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Grammarly is that it sometimes pops up at the worst moments, so I have to keep moving the pop-up out of the way when I’m trying to write.

Grammarly helps me proofread my writing and lets me write faster and more efficiently. It also provides suggestions that improve the tone of my writing, so everything reads more smoothly and flows better overall.
Inline Edits and Insightful Tone Reports That Improve My Digital Communication
What do you like best about the product?
Inline updating of text to correct mistakes and improve wording. It's also really nice to receive regular reports on your tone, most common-mistakes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its suggestions are irrelevant or don't sound natural to things I would say conversationally. But that's why there's an "ignore" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making me have fewer written errors, sound more professional and become more polished in all digital written communication.
Simple UI and AI Features That Help Refine My Thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
It helped in all the places and pushed me to focus more on thinking refinely. With it's UI being so simple to just underline the words plus it's extension helping me to use it over any other platform, it's performance was something I'm quite happy with. AI Features also helped me in refining my thoughts rather than focusing on the grammatical mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the pricing structure can be improved as per usage, other than that, it's a great product.

Grammarly is helping me to become more precise with my content and writing while making sure that it's I who is thinking in this AI-first world

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Grammarly is how easy it is to add the Chrome extension and start using it right away. It’s a great tool for helping you create better written content, whether that’s quick emails to colleagues or a whole article or whatever you need. Anyone can use it, students, people for work. And with the Google extension, you can use it across many apps to help you write better.

At the moment, I'm happy with all the features Grammarly offers.

A Lifesaver for Editing Papers and Emails with Grammarly Premium
What do you like best about the product?
As a doctoral student and a professional, Grammarly is a lifesaver when I need to edit a paper or email I'm sending. Since I work at a university, we do get access to the premium account. I like that you can set your editing mode (e.g., default mode vs. novel mode).
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pay for the features I have, the cost would be a barrier. But for now, the biggest downside is that sometimes it will pick up certain errors in one document, but not in the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly ensures that important emails or memos are grammatically correct. After so many of the same edits, I am beginning to be able to fix the errors before its edits my writing. All in all, it is improving my writing.

Efficient Error Correction with Room for Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is really good at identifying basic errors and making it easy to get those errors updated and fixed. The initial setup was very easy, taking me maybe ten minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes flags issues that aren't issues. I think it'd be helpful if you could add vernacular from your specific niche that applies to your entire team, instead of each team member having to enter it individually. I would also like it to integrate with my iPhone so I can use the native keyboard on my phone and not the grammarly keyboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for managing my team's edits, which helps with identifying basic errors and streamlining the correction process.
