Real-Time Correction Boosts Professional Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Grammarly for everyday professional communication and content polishing. Its real-time feature gives suggestions to improve my tone and correct mistakes, which is a big time saver for me. Instead of writing the complete email or client communication and then correcting it later, this feature allows me to correct and rephrase things while I am in the moment. This immediate feedback helps me correct the email then and there, making my process more efficient. I also appreciate Grammarly's role in helping me create a professional tone, which is critical in maintaining a good client/stakeholder partnership. Finally, the initial setup of Grammarly was super easy for a newbie.
What do you dislike about the product?
A main issue is the limitation with understanding context or industry-specific terms, like campaign jargon or performance marketing language. Grammarly sometimes misinterprets these phrases and gives irrelevant suggestions. For example, it treats standard industry terms like CTR, CPC, and CVR as general writing terms and flags them unnecessarily or suggests changes that don't really make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly overlooks small mistakes in my fast-paced marketing role, saving time and ensuring a professional tone. Its real-time suggestions improve drafts instantly, avoiding the need for later corrections and enhancing written communication with clients.

that not also corrects the grammar also gives me options that sounds better according to what I'm writing.

that sometimes the other better options of the sentence that I'm writing is almost the same.

if is not something major that is going to make an impact if I change it shouldn't suggest anything.
Perfect Grammar Check Tool, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Grammarly can be handled, and I actually like the idea of having a grammar check tool. It makes sure what I write sounds good, with no grammar issues, and for me, this is perfect.

I just don't like how much they push the paid version.

A Must-Have for Content Editors
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is fast and it finds errors that other tools can't. It gives me actionable insights which are really helpful. Also, using Grammarly with tools like Google Docs and Jira makes sure my comments are as precise as the content I deliver. Setting up the business account was no problem for me, and I was excited to try the business-level features when I got access. I'm really happy with it since it's constantly updating.

Simple, Intuitive UI That’s Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI makes it easy to use. Layman can understand use the tool. Best part is well known over decades.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not have detailed optimization options like shorten and make it lengthy etc

Email writing is on eof the best feature I used with grammerly, it saves my time alot.
Great Rephrasing and Suggestions, but the Pop-Up Placement Gets in the Way
What do you like best about the product?
Really helpful when I’m writing a paragraph. It’s very easy to rephrase, and the automatic suggestions are really good. I use it almost every day. It's really easy to use and intergrate
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t like about it is the position of the pop-up. Many times it overlaps my text, which isn’t acceptable and is kind of irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With reliance on ChatGPT and LLMs for content generation, having to switch screens every time just to copy and paste suggestions can be frustrating. Grammarly, on the other hand, gives in-place suggestions, and I find those really helpful.

May be sometimes it shows wrong suggestions of words.

It solves if you are not that much good in grammer & you are writing any mail to your senior level.
Makes Writing Easier and Saves Time on Proofreading
What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes writing much easier for me. It catches mistakes, typos, and punctuation issues, and since I’m not a native speaker, it saves me a lot of time on proofreading.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium features are quite expensive, and as a browser extension, it slows down my browser’s performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great aspect is how easily it integrates with different tools. I can get writing suggestions almost anywhere I type, like browsers etc
Helpful for Polishing Translations, but Less Essential with New AI Models

It really helps me keep my translated texts grammar proof
What do you dislike about the product?
With the AI models right know, I tend to use Grammarly less than I used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI is taking over right know and I don't see Grammarly surviving that at the moment.
