Solid M365 Integration, but Feels Obsolete for Simple Grammar Support
What do you like best about the product?
It has solid suggestions for proper grammar. And it is nicely integrated into M365 tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, with the improvement of spelling and grammar checks and the help of LLMs, the service has become obsolete if you are looking for 'simple' support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was solving my need to write proper English in business emails. Obviously, that supported my every day work and helped to maintain good communication with my clients.

Constantly trying to upsell to the upgraded plan.

Ensures that my messages are correct and easy to understand. Makes me look more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is useful because it goes beyond basic spellcheck and helps improve clarity, tone, and readability in real time. A few things people commonly like about it include its tone suggestions, the way it combines grammar and clarity feedback, and the fact that it works in almost everywhere you write. It’s also often appreciated for professional writing, thanks to its AI rewrite tools and consistency checks that help keep your writing more uniform.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is that, sometimes, the corrections end up sounding a bit robotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t needed to contact Grammarly about any issues so far.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to write, but I often struggle with using correct grammar. Grammarly is extremely helpful with that, and it also helps me keep the tone of my writing where it should be. On top of that, it’s very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found any downside to using Grammarly.

Grammar has never really been my strong suit, so it’s reassuring to know Grammarly has my back. It’s something I can count on to polish my writing, and it’s never led me in the wrong direction.

The main benefit of Grammarly is that it integrates into every application, like it's part of the application.

They are not giving a humanized AI refinement in Grammarly Desktop.

It gives me the relaxation of writing the email reply to the team member, and also gives the option and rating for a professional reply without worrying about spelling mistakes, grammatical mistakes
Browser Extension That Catches Spelling and Grammar Mistakes Instantly
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that there is an extension on your browser and depending on where you are writing, it will automatically pop up with suggestions for spelling errors or grammar errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that sometimes the grammar suggestions aren't always 100% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems currently. I have been using this extension for many years and have not experienced any issues with it.

It catches all my mistakes. I love feeling confident that I won't send obvious errors in my emails to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure whether this is a Grammarly issue or something with the software I’m using, but I log into an app for project management. When I open the app, it pulls up the project “card” in a modal, and Grammarly doesn’t seem to recognize when I’m scrolling. Because of that, it ends up showing underlines and other markings in the wrong places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in customer success, and I'm emailing customers every day. It's ensuring that the emails I send don't contain simple errors, and often helps me catch where I'm not clear in what I'm saying.

Also, more advanced features and the most detailed recommendations are limited to the paid plans, which can feel restrictive if you’re using the free version.
