A Must-Have Tool for Content Creators and Writers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is like having my own personal proofreader at the ready. I'm the only full-time employee on the marketing and communications team for a very busy, growing non-profit. My biggest challenge is getting everything done in a workday, which often leads to rushing to complete things. Grammarly helps me to avoid mistakes and create a more polished final product. It's a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes of Grammarly Business at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a large amount of content daily for my job, and Grammarly helps me avoid mistakes and create a more polished final product. I can spend less time worrying about mistakes and continue on to the next project.
Help You Didn't Know You Needed!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easily it is to set up and how it runs in the background of all of my most used programs and apps. I especially enjoy seeing my text reviewed for clarity, formality, confidence, and consistency, as well as correctness. The best part, however, has been acquiring new grammar rules through Grammarly's suggestions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, occasionally the suggestion is not relevant, but that is mostly because I don't want to follow standard grammar rules to the letter all the time. Sometimes, for example, I want to leave off articles and other grammar words to shorten a bullet point because it's not always necessary to be grammatical with lists and outlines. In fact, sentences are not usually preferred. So I have found myself wishing there was an option (unless there already is that I don't know about yet) to select "Caveman speech OK here" or something less silly like, "Accept abbreviated sentence format."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me mostly with proofreading. I am enjoying Grammarly's assistance with punctuation marks, finding extra spaces, suggesting more concise wordings, and helping me in places I didn't know I needed help in! I like modifying the settings for my needs. I consider myself an English expert; however, in my office, we have many non-native English speakers, and I know they rely on Grammarly's support for catching the nitty gritty grammar rules of English they have yet to master. But it is not just an editing tool for improving our documents. My office mates and I have remarked, with enthusiasm, that Grammarly serves as a teaching tool as well. It benefits us all by helping us communicate with clarity.
It works as needed
What do you like best about the product?
I find it to be helpful when writing emails and correspondence letters in Outlook and Word. It helps the proofreading process for approval go a lot faster than it usually does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer clarification on when my drafts get marked with a "passive voice". This note feels important especially with documents I write. Id like to know how to improve if you're going to make a note of it. Anything you flag I think should have suggestions based on tone.

A Must Have for Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly Business has the capability to check my work on so many different platforms. I know I will always be correct and up to date on all of my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much, but I have to turn it off occasionally on certain websites or apps. Not sure if it needs to be made better, but maybe there is a way to improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am required to write many reports for my work, and Grammarly Business is saving me a lot of time and effort. I am much more productive in my different areas of focus.
Crucial thing to speed-up your business
What do you like best about the product?
When I started using Grammarly, I was unpleasantly (yes, unpleasantly!) surprised by the number of errors that Grammarly detected in my texts. With Grammarly, conveying ideas to colleagues, partners, and customers is more efficient, as a single message is often enough to share your thoughts. And I really like it!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I do not have any significant issues to address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Grammarly, my colleagues, and partners now better understand me, saving me time.
My technical support team also utilizes this tool, and Grammarly's adjustable tone and assertiveness settings give me confidence that our users will get the best service.

High value; can't live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know what I did before Grammarly; it points out enhancements to my content in so many ways, including how to clearly and concisely say what I want to say, to use the best punctuation, to avoid slang terms that those who are literate in a language other than English may not understand, as well as correcting spelling/typo boo-boos. It's indispensable to my daily work, and helps me do my work professionally. In our communications department, we have entered the key terms we use all the time that are unique to our setting so Grammarly doesn't flag them, and also entered words that everyone on our term should never use, so Grammarly DOES flag those. It's just amazing and I absolutely love this application!
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downside to using Grammarly Business; it takes no effort because it is running in the background and alerts you if it identifies something it believes you should change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create internal communications that are high quality and professional. Grammarly Business is constantly running on my documents and applications to identify ways to improve the content, and I have the option to accept the recommended change or not, but I highly trust Grammarly's recommendations so always accept!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly business catches all of the small details and presents good options for how to improve any written communication. I especially love the synonyms in the case that I have used a word previously in an email. This has allowed me to move through my outreach much faster and get more done as a result.

So far I have only been pleased with the tool.

Grammatic errors, and if my language is too basic, utilizing synonyms helps to elevate the message.
Professional Grammar Support for Remote Workers
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the tool. You can personalize Grammarly to suit your line of work best and even add custom rules and phrases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is a solid platform. The only thing missing from its toolkit at the moment is the lack of support for other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely from LATAM, and even though I studied English from a young age, I still look for support in grammatical editing in my copies and emails.
A Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly, it gives me confidence in my writing and helps me be more concise with my business communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is literally no learning curve. I just installed it one day and use it all day long to make sure I am communicating well with my team and clients!

Grammarly Business helps me ensure I am using proper grammar in my writing. I love that it checks my tone to make sure it matches my intended tone. It also helps me write more professionally and concisely. Everyone at my agency has a Grammarly Business account because it is such a helpful tool!

Professional and accommodating
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has allowed me to write with confidence at work. I am an individual with dyslexia and at times spelling and grammar can be challenging. I am currently employed with a prestigious university and must communicate often with professors and researchers. Grammerly Business has been integral in ensuring my written work is high level and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using Grammerly Business on a mobile device can be challenging. Simply Harder to navigate on a phone and a small screen. Not sure how to improve but I still utilize the program daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need consistent support on spelling and grammar. Grammarly Business is essential to my daily professional life as well as personal and school communication for my children.
