Grammarly has improved my writing skills
What do you like best about the product?
As a professional writer, Grammarly business helps me catch typos and mistakes and, furthermore suggests different ways to write the message I want to communicate. It has helped me to get to know myself as a writer and expand my writing range.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand why I get to use Grammarly on specific platforms and others not. I am not sure how to configure that. I would love for the snippet tool to be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write many articles and descriptions a day. It helps me catch typos and be consistent in my voice and tone. I am more productive and helps me avoid mistakes.
Makes life so much easier for Customer support agents
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Grammarly is how fast it detects typos and also the special tone suggestions it gives that it learns as you use it. It's been great coming up with alternative phrases that sound better almost all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has the occasional issues, especially when used as an extension, where it fails to work properly, failing to detect the mistakes until you refresh the page, I would prefer to use the MacOS app version but my experience with that has been even worse where the detection time is really slow on the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me ignore any typos i make while typing fast which makes me way more efficient while working in the Customer Support field, as it is one less thing to think about while working, the extra addition of phrase suggestions lately has been amazing at making me sound more professional as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly Business daily to help write more precise and professional emails. i also use it with sentence structure and providing synomonos to help build my vocabulary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like. I find this product very helpful and useful! It has helped me improve my writing and suggests edits when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me become a better writer. I commonly have issues with structure and I can count on Grammarly Business to help me out!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly has improved my thoughts when communicating with others via text and email. Even writing this simple review Grammarly is on it. She, Grammarly is a girl, is improving how I write, thus communicating to others. Thank you for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
She tries to change my style to a more friendlier manner. Some emails are not meant to be friendly but a matter of fact. Other than that, I can ignore the suggestions and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarity when writing reports, emails, and texts to staff. This is a great tool!

It integrates with basically every software we use, so it's straightforward to check every spelling issue and if our text conveys the messages we want it to.

Sometimes, when using Grammarly's widget, Grammarly's "blob" gets in the way of other stuff. But they're easy to move around any text field!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly's buisness is integrated so that I can use it in the tools and places my job requires. We use a lot of Slack, confluence, PowerPoint, and email. Grammarly is there in every tool, double-checking my work. I appreciate having it there to support my written communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly can get in the way of small UI screens. For example, on a small slack window the Grammarly icon can cover your close icon, making it hard to navigate the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me with my written communication. Without it, I misspell frequently and tend to write run-on sentences. Proof-reading my work beforehand was time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps my team of writers ensure their work is consistent with the company's brand voice. As the copy manager, it helps cut down the amount of time I spend reviewing work. The best part is that other marketers outside of the copywriting team use Grammarly to write better creative briefs and project outlines that help make our work better overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing I've experienced is the tendency to get logged out of Grammarly without realizing it. I don't think that has anything to do with the product itself. So I honestly don't have any complaints.

Grammarly helps my team of writers produce grammatically correct work that stays consistent with our brand voice and tone. It reduces the amount of time required for reviewing and editing written work so I can spend more time evaluating and perfecting the topical coverage, positioning and thought leadership elements. It helps non-writers in the company meet our quality standards for smaller projects that don't require a skilled writer.

What I like the most about Grammarly Business is that it provides options for the style of writing that best fits the author. Whether professional, formal, storytelling, or descriptive, Grammarly Business provides s a rewrite for clarity and correction of grammatical errors and misspelled words. Grammarly Business automatically assists with writing without having to sign in when using.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Grammarly Business is the continuation of having to dismiss when their option of writing is not accepted. In addition, when using a person's name correctly, Grammarly does not get that the individual's name is spelled correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business supports my writing style and recognizes the terminology in previous notes to assist with future writings by providing options that would make the note for better engagement.
