Grammarly for the Win
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, seamless, and corrects in a way that is not overly erudite. I also like that it allows you to dismiss the suggestions that don't make sense in your content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. Have integrated into a number of other platforms, so I love that part!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring professional writing and correcting word choice and structure. Communication is all-important in the business world, and having Grammarly makes a big difference. (BTW, it just corrected my punctuation!)
Cohesive Tone for all employees
What do you like best about the product?
Setting the tone for our entire company makes it easy for everyone to sound cohesive
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have a separate keyboard for personal things so the tone isn't detected wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar and cohesive tone have been the biggest benefits
Necessity for writers
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can edit your writing within your browser and that you can utilize certain tones to ensure you're staying on brand. I'm also really enjoying the badges that you can collect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Chrome popup blocks things I must click on in my browser. Other than that, I'm really happy with the product, and it's something I use everyday for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps proofread all my content.
Life saver for the fast typist
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, helps with the accuracy of my writing, and helps catch the little stuff I miss. It's like having a proofreader on staff for all my writing. Invaluable tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few complaints to add. I'd say the main one is sometimes it sings me out and I have to sign in again, but that's an easy fix. Just learned to look for my little green Grammarly icon as I type. If it's missing, sign in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my communications, making them easier to read, and understand. This creates less back and forth with miscommunications.
Pushed me to a new level of confidence and professionalism in my everyday tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me catch really simple mistakes and gives great suggestions so that my work is more polished. I use Grammarly daily, and it has been a game-changer. I also like that you can change the type of editing it does, "telling a story" or "formal," it's helpful to me because I use a variety of voices in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the changes suggested mess up the whole sentence structure I have going on, which means I need to be careful and go back through to make sure the grammar is correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving sending unrefined copy that often makes a person seem less professional or skilled. It keeps me on track and gives me new ideas for how I'd like to phrase what I'm communicating.
Great product for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps me to keep track of all the typing errors and grammatical mistakes while freestyle typing. Many a time, our messages and communications look very un-professional due to small-small typos. Grammarly has helped me overcome this.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such major downside that I could think of. One issue that I have faced a couple of times is that even when I add some brand-related words in Grammarly Dictionary, there should be an option for admin to add that word in the entire workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typing errors make the communication and messages look un-professional. Grammarly acts as a Saviour for that case. Apart from typos, Grammarly has also helped me in shaping the tone of my emails.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Grammarly to benefit my professional emails and quickly extended it to my whole team. The performance metrics are a game-changer. Thank you for this game-changing tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the tool disappears from Word or my Outlook, and I need to restart or reload. But that's it. The tool itself is incredibly helpful to me and my entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team was not projecting a consistent and or professional tone and manner. Grammarly is an excellent tool to keep us on track and set benchmarks to be better.
An amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best function of this tool is that it corrects misspellings and punctuation errors and even makes suggestions based on what your writing. You won't find a program like this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides with this program. There is nothing this program can't do. Grammarly is perfect. It would be great if you could do this in other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem its solving is making me an excellent writer. It shows me when I am being too passive and direct. It also helps me sound a lot more professional. It has made me more confident when communicating with others.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see our team's analytics. It's fantastic to know that all of our team members' sessions improved by at least 50%. It's also wonderful that there is an option to break down how to interpret this data, making it useful for any and all businesses that want to improve their brand voice. I also super duper appreciate the free option for non-profits!
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this isn't helpful- but honestly, there isn't a single thing that I think of to write here. I love Grammarly and how it works for our team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me to manage our brand voice and how we are portrayed through communication. With Grammarly Business, I have the relief of knowing that emails are proofread, and content is on-brand. It's an incredibly helpful partner to me as the sole marketing personnel, as I do not have time to micro-manage every piece of content that is distributed in our organization. I truly do believe it is even helping some employees to improve their spelling and grammar overall, as Grammarly helps them to re-learn how to write certain things.
Use it constantly for my work as a writer.

So many mistakes are caught before items are published. Just having it for sending a simple email has been a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are just way off, and you still have to be careful to review before finalizing anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typos are a death sentence in our industry, and the proofreading is key to all we do. With Grammarly, I get a second set of eyes on my work, which is helpful in a time in the workplace where we must all multi-task. It's like a trusted co-worker reviewing your work.
