Professional Sounding Communications
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business provides tools that help make our communications much more professional - beyond simple spelling errors. You can check your tone to see how the communication might sound to others - very helpful sometimes when communicating new or challenging information. Grammarly also suggests potentially better wording in some areas - this can help keep communications clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that Grammarly & I sometimes disagree on where/when a comma is needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping us to provide much more professional-sounding communications and training materials. Since the checks are done & shown automatically, we can immediately see the recommendations.
Best for those who can't spell or or proofread
What do you like best about the product?
I could improve on grammar and spelling, and Grammarly fixes that for me. I can't tell you how many emails and messages I have fixed by using Grammarly. Honestly, it is fixing this review as I type, its brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a dislike. Grammarly integrates with Word, Outlook, the web, and pretty much everything you use to type and helps you sound more confident, friendly, or various other tones. If I were to fix anything, it would be the constant battle between Grammarly and the other spell-check features in other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I stink at being confident and professional, it's not in my nature, but Grammarly allows me to draw that confidence out with their tone checker and the proofreading.

First and foremost, Grammarly's ability to catch even the most subtle grammatical errors is unparalleled. It's like having a personal writing assistant who tirelessly proofreads your work, ensuring that every comma is in its place and every sentence flows seamlessly. This feature alone has saved me from countless embarrassing mistakes and has significantly elevated the overall quality of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Most things that I would change have been addressed; I need to change them. In other words, user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Grant Management Administrator of a dozen grant writers, proofing, editing, and redundancies are our main concerns. Grammarly is not just about fixing grammatical errors; it's a comprehensive writing tool that offers insightful suggestions for improving clarity, tone, and style. The real-time feedback is a game-changer, providing instant suggestions that empower me to make my writing more concise, engaging, and professional. It's like having a writing mentor by your side, guiding you toward perfection.
Small but powerful helper.
What do you like best about the product?
The tone rating for what you have written. I like I can set options for the overall tone of my writing. I like that I can see the tone of the current writing and then determine if that is the tone I want. Not everything I write needs to be in the tone I have set as my target, so having both is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly integration for Front and Freshdesk can be very glitchy. I have lost whole bodies of writing because Grammarly glitched and removed the paragraph as I tried to use the integration toperson to whichd the who the sentence was erring to. The other is when Grammarly can't decide which way the sentence should go the suggestions switch it back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It catches many small and large mistakes regarding word choice or misspellings.
In addition, the tone checker helps us ensure we are not being too technical for our clients but also being informative.

A gift for Non-Profit
What do you like best about the product?
The kindness and generosity of providing this program to non-profits is off the charts. It allows are team to all share the same style of writing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a tab that stopped corrections inside quotation marks. I quote a lot of Scripture in my writing and must be careful not to accept these changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammerly helps with keeping my writings within the word count limits that are placed on some of our work. This is extremely beneficial

Good Solution With Mostly Accurate Recommendations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly can catch simple mistakes when I am typing fast. In addition, the recommendations made by Grammarly can be really good to avoid various issues - such as repetition, incorrect word usage, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I do not agree with the comma suggestions from Grammarly or the overtly pushy suggestions for word usage and changes. While the ideas are not invalid (except for MAYBE the commas), they are sometimes less important than finding other errors that someone could catch right away when reviewing what is being written.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps to maximize my writing efficiency by allowing me to type fast and keep up with any errors that I am making while working through the documents, emails, or other materials.

Very good wood suggestions, and reading age is useful when creating documents to a variety of audiences

Sometimes a suggested change is made but then Grammarly suggests you change it back to the original

It is helping us adjust our marketing materials by providing a better understanding of the reading age of documents and also suggested word changes

Sometimes, the commas are correctly erroneously.

Communication is now technically accurate, and conversations about grammar and syntax are encouraged. All in all, it makes us more efficient and effective whilteaching teaching us something.
Using Grammarly Business - An Inside View
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Grammarly Business is that it effectively helps enhance your professional writing skills. You can modify the tone, who your audience is, and your overall target when writing to make sure you sound professional or academic. It provides suggestions to elevate your writing and catches the small mistakes we sometimes make when we're overworked or busy to push out emails. Tracking your usage with Grammarly Business is helpful too, because then you can analyze how you've sounded over the past week, month, or year and create goals for yourself as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recommendations are off-point or cannot be used because of set terminologies that need to be followed. An example is, I need to use the specific language of "grant" or "award," but Grammarly would suggest "prize," which I cannot use according to company standards. The degree of personalizing emails varies depending on who the recipient is, so needing to change the settings each time for each email is simply not feasible. It would be nice if Grammarly could offer a small tab where you can select already set preferences and choose between them to ensure the text aligns with the user's writing intent.

** Unrelated but a word of advice is to change the scaling on Ease of Use, Meets Requirements, etc., so that "Most" appears under the "7" instead of under "N/A" since this may be kind of confusing.
