Grammarly has changed our business etiquette; it's great for our small office!
What do you like best about the product?
I can set my tone to be professional and courteous to our customers, significantly improving our communication and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the pop-ups get in the way of what is typed, making it inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an office of various people that respond to customers right away; sometimes, this creates a rushed reply with certain typos or broken sentences.
Grammarly has helped us have more of a uniform response and tone that helps our customers understand our emails better than before.

Best and easy for non english speakers
What do you like best about the product?
As a Spanish speaker, it is difficult to create sentences like you do in English. Especially when you are working with clients that are native English speakers. Then Grammarly helps a lot! Even in live sessions, in using correct and professional grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some pages don't allow the automatic correction that Grammarly proposes, so it must be manual. But it is because of the website itself and not Grammarly; anyway, it highlights EVERWHERE the grammar corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of going to a different website to check grammar and writing, including Chat GPT, It happens automatically and on the same site using Grammarly, allowing more confident and faster typing.

Grammarly has helped our department to become better writers. Professionalism, grammar and plagiarism are the keys to success in our field.

I have no dislikes. We took advantage of the subscription.

Spelling, grammar and passive to active sentences.
Grammarly is a Must!
What do you like best about the product?
I love grammarly for emails, documents, and anything I'm writing anywhere. I love the corrections it gives me in real time on things I'm writing. It also helps me with marketing and other content writing such as blogs and direct mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the grammarly icon won't pop up after I've hightlighted a sentence for it to ie me suggestions for how to rewrite it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write tons of emails, some explaining complitaed matters and others to provide instruction. GRammarly helps me format those emails in a more logocal and less wordy way.

really anythink because help me a lot and more i have in my job labtop is more better but the only think is why i cant use in my personal computer for my personal use.

Efficient, helpful to a point
What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly Business is an effective way to proof and edit work while you are creating it instead of after the fact which helps save time. Suggestions aren't limited to docs and can be widely aplied.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can be really obnoxious when you are trying to quickly type notes that need no proofing. I have to constantly change the settings depending on what I am working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammerly Business helps to proofread and suggest edits as I am writing rather than after the fact. This offloads the work that our content editor has to do and speeds up our overall content production process.

The most helpful thing about Grammarly Business it that it ensures I'm using correct spelling or grammar on any email or document I'm working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Grammarly is that it overlays over any application, even coding programs that don't need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is ensuring I'm using the correct spelling, pronunciation, and grammar on any email or document I write.
So far so good, would like more AI learning.

It's very easy to install and get going. It is versatile with most software. Helps me have a consistent tone in all my correspondence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has issues with certain forms where the little button does not appear. I would like for it to learn more with AI in regards to the verbiage I use for my particular job.

More than anything, it corrects my grammar, adding commas, etc, when needed. It helps maintain a consistent tone within all correspondences.

I like the fact that it is working in the background checking my reports, email and copy before I send it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Google ad-on does not always work in the background. So, having built a habit of relying on Grammarly, it is not good when it does not work.

Grammarly helps me to be more efficient with my time. I want to be accurate and warm in my writing style but don't always have the time to check all the factors. Grammarly does that for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business improves the quality of my communications and does the same for all my team members. For some, spelling and simpler grammar are issues; for others, the problem is using fewer words for more meaningful communication. Grammarly Business helps all of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part of Grammarly Business that can be frustrating is that it never "learns" what suggestions I dismiss. And while not a complaint per se, it would also be nice if it offered tips to improve things like confidence, assertiveness, etc. – the things it measures.

Grammarly Business helps me improve the quality of my communications with clients, team members, and vendors – to ensure my message comes across clearly while cutting the 'fat' from my writing.
