Helps a lot with emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can help move things for me, to ensure that my sentence structure is appropriate. I also like how it monitors the tone of my email to help me keep up with how i am coming across over weeks. It works great in Outlook and Word.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate with websites very well from time to time, not sure why. Also, using this when you have bullets in your email is painful, as the suggestions are no where near as helpful as normal. Every now and then the suggestions will be way off the mark too. Just use your judgement. If you happen to have two issues that are stacked upon each other (vertically) you have to review from the bottom of your email up, as it will keep changing to the popup behind it. While using it on a website, after a bit of typing, the tooltip disappears and then won't show back up,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use a lot of commas in my writing. Oftentimes, too many; Grammarly helps me filter out some of those to make the sentences flow more completely. I feel like my client-facing emails have stepped up their game.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for using for writing reports to emails, and makes you sound like a pro and catches mistakes, and makes you look smart in writing. Great too to have for anyone that needs to be professional and word smith.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls are dinky and sometime it does not turn on browsers and email. Overall the user experience can be a little better, but overall the product is great and would not deter me for using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT has made my writing much better from email to proposals and report. I have used it for one year and over 500,000 words, and could not function without out it and great.

The ability to rephrase sentences to sound more natural.

The software can be a little opiniated with regards to tones to use in messages.

A Valuable Asset for Professional Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Really a great tool. Helps inconsistent writing and always keeps suggesting new words, and grammatical errors. Ironically as I am currently writing it is still helping me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it keeps suggesting some sentences or words that we cannot write or use; in that case, it kind of annoys us a bit. Otherwise, it is really good to keep in your daily toolkit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps with my crappy writing. It helps me curate good sentences for my research projects and their reports, and it helps me with a consistent writing style.
Improve your writing skills!
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions made using Grammarly are very helpful in continuing to improve my writing skills. Not only guidance with how a sentence should be phrased but also making sure that the correct idea is implemented in the language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the recommendations are not exactly what I would consider using, only because of my particular style of writing, but they are good suggestions. I just need to remember to dismiss them so that I don't think I missed something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of my work involves administrative correspondence, so Grammarly provides suggestions and recommendations for language both in emails or WORD documents that I complete.
It's been so awesome experience for me, I feel way confidence sending my emails.

Everything I like is how easy and fast to accept the corrections. I want the little logo to notify me of how many words I must correct and other features and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I feel it does everything I need; it's a great tool, I recommend it to everyone in my department, and I hope more people use it. Much other staff have been using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more accurate in my Grammarly makes communication more professional, helps me be more confident sending emails or all my communications method, helped me be more precise in my touch.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool uplevels my communications, makes me more professional, and brings clarity and warm directness to my words. I love that it can detect the tone of my words, so I can avoid coming across as too sharp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to get it to work for my phone text messages, and it was too clunky and confusing. I ended up removing it from my phone, and I use it on my desktop and laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have my staff use Grammarly, and love that we are all on the same page, providing clear and effective communication within our department and with our clients and guests.

English is not my first language, and Grammarly has helped me use it in a way where it can be read in a more natural tone. It also has helped me understand better grammar and spelling from a new perspective.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can only select a language. I would like to be able to change it depending on what am i writting.
I also write things in Spanish, and I believe Grammarly also has that option, but since I choose English since the beginning, I can only review my English.

It helps me sound more natural and experienced in English. It also helps me achieve a better tone and use more active lenguage.

Lately, it has been repeated, as if the options are always the same. We have also experienced problems after upgrading, so we had to uninstall and reinstall.

Saves me from missed copywriting mistakes!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business elevates our copywriting process for marketing and social media. Rather than me having to go through numerous reviews with my editorial team, I am able to quickly have my messaging and post copy reviewed and ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more AI features or integration with tools like ChatGPT. It would be cool to have idea suggestions or re-phrasing of text that I submit that I can use to rotate copy in ads.

Grammarly helps my marketing team proofread our digital marketing messaging and social media ad post copy. It cuts down on the review process for our team and makes it easy to get posts out multiple times a day.
