Grammarly is a Must!
What do you like best about the product?
I love grammarly for emails, documents, and anything I'm writing anywhere. I love the corrections it gives me in real time on things I'm writing. It also helps me with marketing and other content writing such as blogs and direct mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the grammarly icon won't pop up after I've hightlighted a sentence for it to ie me suggestions for how to rewrite it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write tons of emails, some explaining complitaed matters and others to provide instruction. GRammarly helps me format those emails in a more logocal and less wordy way.

What do you like best about the product?
I was hoping you could help me with my grammatic and write well becouse im Spanish i realy need it additional the way is the program is perfect help me a lot with my note

really anythink because help me a lot and more i have in my job labtop is more better but the only think is why i cant use in my personal computer for my personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For example, went I have to do some notes on my Computer the best way in my job is to use the progran Grammarly becaouse help me to do better job and my bosses is more happy about

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to install and get going. It is versatile with most software. Helps me have a consistent tone in all my correspondence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has issues with certain forms where the little button does not appear. I would like for it to learn more with AI in regards to the verbiage I use for my particular job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than anything, it corrects my grammar, adding commas, etc, when needed. It helps maintain a consistent tone within all correspondences.
Grammarly has my back.

I like the fact that it is working in the background checking my reports, email and copy before I send it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Google ad-on does not always work in the background. So, having built a habit of relying on Grammarly, it is not good when it does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me to be more efficient with my time. I want to be accurate and warm in my writing style but don't always have the time to check all the factors. Grammarly does that for me.
Grammarly Business is indispensible.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business improves the quality of my communications and does the same for all my team members. For some, spelling and simpler grammar are issues; for others, the problem is using fewer words for more meaningful communication. Grammarly Business helps all of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part of Grammarly Business that can be frustrating is that it never "learns" what suggestions I dismiss. And while not a complaint per se, it would also be nice if it offered tips to improve things like confidence, assertiveness, etc. – the things it measures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me improve the quality of my communications with clients, team members, and vendors – to ensure my message comes across clearly while cutting the 'fat' from my writing.
Grammarly has saved me a ton of time and makes me look good.
What do you like best about the product?
That I can quickly check grammar and make my posts/emails more readable. With a click of a button I can open a new tab, paste the text and get things done. I can use British and US English.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more languages available, Spanish is my native language and it's not there even though it's one of the top languages spoken around the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a SMM in the company I work with and Grammarly help me post readable content and sound simple but fun. I love that you can actually choose how do you want to sound.
Professional support
What do you like best about the product?
The speed with which it corrects. Grammarly has been a support in writing professional texts; correcting it suggests improvements in the writing and use of words.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not give 100% use to all the tools it offers. I do not know how to do it. Having training and being able to know all the benefits of the application would be very beneficial

The grammar part is what Grammarly helps me the most. It has benefited me in sending texts for work faster, more coherent, and better written.

It was very smooth. Made my emailing and grammar correction way easier.

The way places phrases in the sentence to make it palatable for the reader to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. Most people need it for little purposes, and paying a lot might be a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar correction and typos, especially keeping in tune with the tone of the whole article.
Saves time, creates efficiency, and helps me communicate clearly across regions.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration right into my word processor is the absolute most useful thing. I also like that I can switch from Canadian to American to British English. It allows me to write without creating false barriers or trips that break down lines of communication. I also like that it tells me how I write and teaches me new things about grammar I thought I new.
What do you dislike about the product?
When apps and word processors do not allow Grammarly or make it difficult to integrate. I use a Mac, PC, Chromebook and multiple devices due to the nature of my work. I understand healthy competition in business, but I wish that all tech would keep the end users in mind before building walls and silos that won't allow integration. More businesses should invest in consumer ethnography.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Along with other apps it is enabling me to create brand guidelines and policy to maintain brand integrity. The baseline with brand integrity is good basic grammar and writing...so Grammarly establishes that right at the get-go.
Efficiency for business work
What do you like best about the product?
Being prompt with recommendations and correcting sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, recommendations are made too personalized. There would be some issues where Grammarly would correct the same thing over and over again. like it will say remove "the" and after you did, it will recommend to add "The" and will go back and forth with it until you just dismiss it.
There would also be times where it will kind of glitch where when I try to go back to a word to correct the spelling of it, Grammarly will start acting up and recommend to change only a couple letters at the end but the recommendations are absolutely wrong.
