Very helpful for nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is very intuitive to use and manage. We got a nonprofit license, and it has been helping all our staff (from the CEO to analysts) write more clearly and submit better grant proposals. Aside from having a licensing program for NGOs, it constantly teaches users how to communicate better and not rely on it for corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I can point out anything we dislike about Grammarly for Business. It works virtually with no delays, has its own AI thing (GrammarlyGo), and works on every platform we operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated before, we are a non-profit in a non-English speaking country. Still, we interact with several organizations from English-speaking countries, meaning a good portion of our communications is done in a language that not everyone at the office is fully proficient in. Grammarly Business saves a lot of time from those in the office who are fluent in English and it encourages more people to engage in our global programs.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it offers a quick copy editor to any project we are working on as individuals or as a team. The feedback is instant, and you can read into why they suggest changes to improve your writing style.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any feedback on disliking any of the features. It's been great for our nonprofit team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me on all platforms. It works in the browser when I am working in Canva or other cloud-based platforms, it works in Word/PowerPoint AND it's live in my emails. I don't have to think about it because it's easy and integrated into my work.
Incredibly easy to use, huge value add
What do you like best about the product?
The product is incredibly well designed, which makes it easy to use everywhere I'm writing. Email is my most commonly used venue, but having the plug-ins installed on my web browser means that I get corrections everywhere else I'm writing online as well as in Slack and other documents (powerpoint, etc.).
The corrections are clearly identified, and I find most of them super helpful.
The insights and suggestions about tone are often as helpful as fixing grammatical errors.

What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose if it were cheaper we would roll it out more widely with all of our employees, which we haven't done yet. We're an early, bootstrapped company though so our budgets are especially small. I do think it's a fairly priced product given the value it delivers.
The mobile keyboard layout/dimensions are slightly different than my iPhone's standard keyboard, which leads to a lot of typos. I tend not to use it on mobile for that reason.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy and consistency in written communication in the big one.
Makes customer experience more personal.
What do you like best about the product?
We mainly use Grammarly Business in communicating with our customers through email, and I must say, it's very helpful in aligning the brand tone throughout the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Grammarly Business is that you must delete and retype the sentence if it sounds off-brand or if the spelling is incorrect. I'm not sure if this is the same for all CRMs, but this is our experience in Gladly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps us personalize our emails and not sound like robots. It's great if you're in the Customer Service business because customers want to be more personal and less transactional.
Grammarly is a life saver on proposal writing
What do you like best about the product?
There is a multitude of upsides to Grammarly Business. First, it will help you have more professional emails, and the tone and inflection will sound better. Additionally, it will help you quickly track any potential errors. The feature of the tone is very sophisticated, too, so you can tailor it to the audience. Finally, I think it is very helpful in creating options on how to make changes best when writing for a specific proposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I see is that there are limitations that could occur if Grammarly is not familiar with the nuances of writing proposals for the Federal Government. Due to the specific requirements, it would be helpful if there was a section where you could tailor it for a college paper, a professional in the field, or the federal government. Sometimes I need to recheck the Grammarly suggestions and make further revisions because of those requirements for the government.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me when I am providing a variety of proposals for my work. Punctuation is very important, and I'm thankful Grammarly is so advanced.
Grammarly has become an essential tool for my everyday work
What do you like best about the product?
It is being able to be concise and effective in my communication. In addition, English is my second language, so Grammarly ensures I don't send business messages (emails, slack messages, etc.) with spelling/grammar mistakes. It has become an essential tool for my everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it has a bug on its desktop version: when you accept a correction/recommendation, it overwrites the word or phrase wrong, so you'd need to adjust manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. To be unclear in my written communication with co-workers and external partners.
2. Ensure my messages are professional and impactful. A single grammar error can prevent effectively achieving a business goal.
3. Saves valuable time.
4. It trains you to improve your writing skills.

Fantastic resource for our church
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is exceptionally user-friendly. Each person on our team who uses it has caught on quickly and has found it has helped in many aspects of their role. I personally use Grammarly Business on a daily basis. It is a cost-effective solution for our organization to write quality copy for our website, enews, emails, and social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is anything that I disklike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have trained writers on our staff. It's allowed all of us to improve our writing for emails, enews, social media, etc. Proofreading has been greatly improved using Grammarly Business.
Cohesive Tone for all employees
What do you like best about the product?
Setting the tone for our entire company makes it easy for everyone to sound cohesive
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have a separate keyboard for personal things so the tone isn't detected wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar and cohesive tone have been the biggest benefits
Great product for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps me to keep track of all the typing errors and grammatical mistakes while freestyle typing. Many a time, our messages and communications look very un-professional due to small-small typos. Grammarly has helped me overcome this.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such major downside that I could think of. One issue that I have faced a couple of times is that even when I add some brand-related words in Grammarly Dictionary, there should be an option for admin to add that word in the entire workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typing errors make the communication and messages look un-professional. Grammarly acts as a Saviour for that case. Apart from typos, Grammarly has also helped me in shaping the tone of my emails.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Grammarly to benefit my professional emails and quickly extended it to my whole team. The performance metrics are a game-changer. Thank you for this game-changing tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the tool disappears from Word or my Outlook, and I need to restart or reload. But that's it. The tool itself is incredibly helpful to me and my entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team was not projecting a consistent and or professional tone and manner. Grammarly is an excellent tool to keep us on track and set benchmarks to be better.
