What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can add Grammarly to my web browser and desktop/Microsoft suite! Having Grammarly has helped my team and me to correspond more accurately in nearly all aspects of our office communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything bad about Grammarly Business. We've only had success since subscribing to the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped our office create better documents, emails, and presentations. Our projects and correspondence are presented with more confidence now that Grammarly is double-checking everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the beta features that allow me to see how the tone of what I'm writing could be interpreted. Since I work in IT, sometimes I respond to tickets in a very direct, concise way, which can be interpreted as not being friendly. It judges how informal/casual it sounds and if that's "on-brand" - I'm not sure how it determines that, but im guessing it compiles the text across the whole company and makes a good guess. Overall the grammar and formatting is the biggest feature but the A.I. beta features are pretty neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I accept a suggestion, it puts the change at the end of the sentence instead of where it's supposed to be. It seems like a bug and doesn't happen very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping rewrite text to make it sound more friendly and on-brand, which helps our employees understand us more clearly.

Great

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Grammarly Business is how you can have it set to correct and make adjustments according to a specific tone or voice that you want your writing to sound like. This is great if you want not only your writing but the writing for your team to be consistent.

One of the things that sets Grammarly Business apart is its advanced grammar and spelling checker. It catches common errors that other spell-checkers might miss, which can help your team avoid embarrassing mistakes. But it's not just about catching errors - Grammarly Business can also suggest alternative words and phrases that can make your writing more engaging and effective.

Another great thing about Grammarly Business is how convenient it is. It works on a variety of platforms, so you can use it whether you're working from your desktop, your phone, or your web browser.

All in all, I would definitely recommend Grammarly Business to anyone looking to up their writing game. It's easy to use, effective, and just plain helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that may be disruptive or distracting to some users is how overly aggressive it can be in suggesting changes or making corrections. While that is not a problem for me, it may be annoying to some people.

Another downside to Grammarly business is that it requires a stable internet connection in order to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's another set of "eyes" to proofread my writing. As the writer, you can't catch every mistake, so having Grammarly do that for me and see mistakes that I may have missed has been a lifesaver.

Grammarly Business sweats the small stuff so you don’t have to

What do you like best about the product?
It's always "on" with a host of options, so feels like I can do anything with just a button click, from grammar checks to rewriting the whole document. I wouldn't use it nearly so much without this integration."0
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to train it to ignore certain areas or only turn it off for a certain time, like clicking a button so it doesn't give you any suggestions for the next ten minutes (long enough to write one email filled with slang and jargon if needed).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is another tool in our pocket not just to check grammar, but to transform all of our writing. Instead of spending time searching for the perfect words, we work with Grammarly to make the perfect sentence together.

Excellent Software at Scale

What do you like best about the product?
We work across multiple operating systems and environments in a distributed, global team. Grammarly provides fantastic support across multiple environments and integrates well with our business needs to give us a unified brand voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is an excellent service overall, however, the ability to use the Grammarly Desktop version for Google Docs, instead of the Chrome Browser plugin would be fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a unified brand voice and a company-wide style guide is the major benefit of Grammarly. However, the additional ability to use snippets via keyboard shortcuts to increase our overall productivity as a team has been invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been an essential part of my work each day. As a senior paralegal, the documents submitted to clients and the courts must be clear and precise! Grammarly Business helps with that!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything in particular that I dislike about Grammarly Business! I would recommend this product to everyone!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to make sure that my point comes across clear!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it's just always on and working in any text field I'm in, regardless of platform - even now it's working! I love writing, and it's constantly teaching me new things. I even like the emails I get about progress!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much - maybe when I'm using shorthand / not needing it? Or if it's in the way of what I'm typing? But even then I can just move it or turn it off - I'd rather it be omnipresent vs having to hunt it down every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write a lot of email content, and just having a secondary check prior to going to my copywriters is great/takes pressure off of them to proof. It also is super helpful with brand standards of things and making sure our team is spelling things the same way throughout our content (i.e. e-mail vs email, etc)

Great product, little pricey

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is adding your own customizations to the rules/recommendations that might overrule a typical Grammarly check. Adding our own snippets/shortcuts was just a bonus! The replacement tool works as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been crashing our old PCs and not cooperating well with Outlook calendar. When we add an event on some of our machines with Grammarly open, it crashes Outlook. It doesn't crash when Grammarly is closed. It's impossible for everything to get along, especially on older PCs, so it is sort of incentivizing us to get new machines, but it's hard for a nonprofit to do. I'm personally using it on my own Mac I had to bring in, since I work better on one as their only designer. Fortunately, since my previous company sold all their assets, I was able to get it as I was leaving... but it just gives you an idea of how tight they try to keep the books.

We've really enjoyed that you've made it free for nonprofits for a limited time, but I wish it would stay forever...But I do realize that's not a sustainable model. It just seems like there would be a way to support Grammarly as a medium ground between $625/mo (for 50 users) and free. Maybe like $100-200/mo as a discounted rate?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us have a unified voice throughout our ~40 users in our nonprofit, so we can speak as a singular message to the community and avoid confusion as much as possible. We all need grammar and syntax help as well. As a bonus, we can add our own spins on things and shortcuts. Solving the problems that nonprofits face often involves using our words to influence action, so having a strong voice is integral to us.

Great app to save time and increase efficiency/professionalism

What do you like best about the product?
New features keep me up to date and allow for continuous improvement in efficiency. I cam use ai to optimize my content and make my writing clearer and more succinct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions aren't accurate, like they wouldn't make sense contextually if accepted. Not sure how that'd be fixed, but it only happens on occasion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to spend as much time reading over my emails or blogs because grammarly get the job done for me
