1. minor bugs in some MS applications (for instance, Word). Some proposed corrections generate text errors by replacing the wrong word.

Grammarly Business Saves Me Time and Improves My Writing
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to detect spelling, grammar, and sentence structure errors. This is probably the most crucial feature because it saves me the time of going through a piece of writing word by word, and I'm assured it'll capture all errors and show me how to rectify them.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many different methods of using the product, there can be a collision in how different apps work, and some apps are more efficient than others. There is also a variation in the features each app has.
I wish it had a way of making changes in bulk, especially on correctness because the product is often right when it proposes changes. A one-click button would make it better.

Grammarly Business solves many problems associated with writing, including spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. It is also a great tool to ensure all users in a remote work environment stick to the stipulated guidelines when writing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is another helpful check that makes sure my content is at its best.
I use it every day and I like the AI features and the plagerism check. It is easy to use through web apps like Word or just through the desktop

I don't like some of the suggestions they offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me be more productive. I can use GB and submit confidently for jobs that aren't as high-level. For those higher-level pieces, I still use a human to edit.
A Marketer's Must-Have
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly allows me to feel confident in my ability to write content and copy without worrying about grammar or spelling mistakes. As someone with dyslexia, Grammarly has helped me write the way I intended, without worrying about errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop application's "helper" won't move and so it gets in the way of what I'm writing. It can cause me to be unable to see what I'm writing. It seems to struggle with Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who writes marketing copy, content, emails, advertisements, and business plans, Grammarly checks my work to make sure I'm getting my message across without any issues or errors.
It's worth it
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Grammarly because it helps me type confidently, allowing me to create my emails quickly and put the words in the correct order. It is absolutely worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed it is not triggered on every program where I type something. Sometimes I have to start the Grammarly app myself so that it fixes my spelling, and that's a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English is not my first language, so Grammarly helps me make my emails and text messages simple, fully comprehensive and with no typos. It's also very accurate when fixing the order of my words.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes everything simple for me. It helps me draft communications, emails and even take notes with proper grammar. But what I like the most is that I feel that I am learning with every word I type and review with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be improved when working with other apps, many times I have found myself copy/pasting text, or refreshing so the plug in works correctly when in other apps, even google docs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main tool. We are a content company and we made sure all content pieces are reviewed and have no typos. But also that they are written in a friendly and accessible tone.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is great because it is fully integrated with everything I do. It doesn't matter if I am typing something up on social media or writing a professional email, Grammarly has by back
What do you dislike about the product?
Such a small complaint, but sometimes the little icon that pops up telling me how I'm doing gets in my way. I have the ability to move it though so it is a small issue.

It helps to ensure all of my business communication is free from errors and helps convey the correct tone I desire for every situation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can set parameters for your team to follow as well as set the tone for your team to follow! I've used other platforms and this is by far the easiest to set up and use for any size team!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Grammarly Business. I've been using it for years and feel that it has a great grasp on tonality, grammar, and spelling functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping us to deliver better grammar and better and more efficient responses to our clients.

Grammarly Helps Me Learn & Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly not only saves me time by catching simple mistakes that as humans, are commonly made but it also teaches me how to become a better writer overall. I've noticed mistakes that I make often that are now top of mind when I am writing so I don't make that mistake as often. As a full-time content writer, the tone feature helps me ensure that the content I am creating is written in the tone that I am intending so that my audience has the reaction that I was hoping for. Grammarly has made my editing process so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the Grammarly bubble can get in the way, especially when designing graphics with copy. At times, that can be frustrating. Additionally, Grammarly can be glitchy when using it in Word documents that also have an auto-editor. The two end up fighting each other to make the edit and at times have conflicting edits, so that you have an error on a word or phrase constantly throughout the piece which can also be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small marketing team from a family-owned business. We have a lot of projects happening at once and don't always have time to thoroughly edit every single piece of content that is created. For example, social media copy. Grammarly has allowed us to have more faith in our writing and shortened the review process by providing clear, accurate and effective edits to make our content the best it can possibly be.
Improving Grammer
What do you like best about the product?
I like the weekly updates showing me how many words I use per week and the statistics on my vocabulary. It also shows the tone of my writing. The interface is easy to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The small icon floats in the windows as you write and sometimes gets in the way. It is easily moved but it can be a real pain. Grammerly doesn't really have a lot of homepage frils.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helps so me punctuation errors in my writing. I also get a lot of hyphens added to my writing as well. Words that I didn't even know were hyphenated pop up to be changed.
