What do you dislike about the product?
I have observed this multiple times - all of sudden, the app gets inactive and the only option to reactivate is to restart my system, which is not feasible all the time

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Grammarly because you can easily pop in any kind of text and it will quickly scan it for errors. I also like that you can add it as a plug-in and it will scan your emails or text box for errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much. I want more/better synonyms and sometimes the system doesn't completely understand if I'm discussing specific business activities using language that is unique to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves for my everyday writing needs. I use it for internal emails and outside-facing marketing content.
Helpful tool for consistency across your org
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, I love the Style Guide to create consistency across our organization. It allows you to add common words or phrases to your org's vocabulary. I even use it to remind our org of the correct spelling of leadership/execs (and place their current titles in the 'Explanation'.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Grammarly Business. It's pretty customizable in the event you don't like getting certain notifications or emails (like in Quick Settings, you can toggle things on or off). However, the cost did go up significantly in the last year, so we had to pay more for the same amount of seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a UX writer on the team, it can be hard to create consistency across our products. This helps influence grammar and style choices across the organization with little to no hands-on management.
My FAVORITE everyday tool!
What do you like best about the product?
As a nonprofit, it's so beneficial to us to have free, useful tools that create more capacity for team members! Grammarly Business provides amazing support that makes me feel confident in what we put out to our audiences!
What do you dislike about the product?
... Honestly, not much that I don't like! The only thing that comes to mind is the proper way to write out time has a space between the number and "am/pm", my personal preference is for there to not be a space. I'd love the option (if there isn't one already) that allows Grammarly to "ignore all", so that way it stops showing up in red.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It increases our capacity to proofread, making sure we don't have to spend time second-guessing where the comma goes, or where the appropriate place for a semicolon is.
Helpful, even for an experienced writer
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me on my toes regarding commas and word usage. I like competing with a colleague on the most unique words and the number of corrections made to our work over the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't understand some of our business language, so sometimes it will note that an error needs correcting, but it is regular parlance in our organization. Minor thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me appear more accurate than maybe I am regularly without the tool. I highly value correct spelling and grammar and Grammarly is a key part of that for my role.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the suggestions that Grammerly makes as I type any text/language for my work. I love the tone suggestion changes to my text and how much more professional the changes make my thought papers and presentations look to my coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing is the constant changes to the language I'm typing when it is business specific. I think there should be an easier way to add company words to the dictionary so I stop getting bugged about changing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business reduces time to value in the proofreading step and even takes it one step further to offer up tone and vocabulary changes to my papers so they sound even more professional or matter-of-fact than they did prior to using Grammarly Business.

It helps me deliver messages clearly and concisely always being mindful of the tone
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a great tool, but sometimes the suggestions are too formal. Which is understandable, but at times you want to sound casual.

It's helping me with writing job posts, job descriptions and internal comm messages.
Great tool to use in an office environment
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to have a tool that allows me to send messages with confidence. My role requires constant corresponse with people outside of my organization. Grammarly ensures I sound professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it makes word run slower when analyzing large documents. For this reason, I need to turn it off at times. I have also noticed that sometimes their is a bug that requires me to open Grammarly on the web so that the icon can appear while I am in word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep a constant tone throughout my correspondences. By using Grammarly, I am able to send out emails that recipients will be able to easily understand.
A great tool to increase accuracy and professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
I rely on Grammarly daily to help modify basic pronunciation and tone in my messages, emails, and general writings. I greatly appreciate how it catches the little things, and helps make my language more accurate overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the recommendations are incorrect or do not account for tone. I have noticed that it is getting better over time, and I look forward to seeing how the application continues to improve!

I sometimes struggle with punctuation or appropriate verbiage, and Grammarly is great about catching and correcting my minor mistakes! I love having the reassurance that my writings are grammatically correct.

Most helpful: Tone suggestions, grammar improvements, a customized style guide for our organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Work on a document that has pre-written paragraphs that can't be edited and it makes edit suggestions for those it can get overwhelming. Sometimes it also makes suggestions to use a different word for engagement or tone, and when the change is accepted, it will suggest another one (often the original word).

Ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and improving tone and engagement of written content.
