Essential for Tech Writers
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business lets you customize what apps it works in; this is great, because sometimes Grammarly Business gets in the way when you're working on source code, etc., things where "normal English" doesn't apply. I also appreciate that it's not a memory hog and isn't prone to crashing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emotion ranking in Grammarly Business (formal, not confident, etc.) is a touch wonky. I'm sure it will get better with time (it would be great to configure custom emotions).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good to have a second eye to look over your writing, but when you don't always have a writing staff to do a second pass, Grammarly Business does a dandy job of a final mechanical polish.
I hardly use Grammarly now a days, thanx to GPT
What do you like best about the product?
nothing new, I have almost stopped using grammarly. Majority content is generated throught GPT so I hardly need to worry about grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Grammarly needs to pivot their model and offering. I am not finding as valuable as earlier

Majorly for correcting grammatical mistakes and tone identification. English is not my first language so it really help to write and share content confidently.
Grammarly is an amazing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can focus on conveying my thoughts in a way that makes sense and is congruent with consistent grammar. Like it or not, you are judged by the way you communicate. Grammarly is a great tool that brings a lot of things together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of many (any?) things that I do not appreciate about Grammarly. It may help to be able to "turn it off" easier or move the Grammarly icon around more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a sloppy writer, but I communicate for a living as a pastor. I love that Grammarly catches a lot of my mistakes with different apps I use. I can convey my thoughts well and articulate them the way I want to.
I am able to do copyediting while writing emails, reports, etc, across multiple platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use it across multiple platforms, Word, Outlook, Canva, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little Grammarly icon/teardrop gets in my way, I wish I could move it and pin it on the screen where I want it to be.

It saves time spent reviewing deliverables, emails, and graphics before they go out!
Great for academics and business
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions appear quickly, and it is easy to see if it is critical to change or just for better reading/understanding. You can also easily set the style and tone for branding purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As your language capabilities improve, Grammarly often makes suggestions that would result in a change in meaning.
For. example, I am sending the invoice for your perusal. Grammarly often suggests replacing perusal with "review" or "for you to look over".

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps set the Company tone and corrects the language errors of colleagues whose command of English is lower. The time required to proofread articles and newly drawn-up contracts has also been reduced.
Effortless proofing everywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Grammarly business is the ability to proof text on almost every application I type in. Grammarly business always has back and has learned specific phrases and terms that I use to adapt to my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is the text replacement function when I accept a suggestion. In some applications, the replace text does not capture all of the existing phrase to replace and needs a little manual cleanup. This is limited to only a few apps though and is still better than fixing everything manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business keeps my writing professional, on tone, and clear. I love that it is constantly running in the background. I never think about checking something over, I am checking everything in real-time. In addition, it has made me a better writer grammatically.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of using Grammarly is the conciseness of the intended message. The suggestions for revision often are spot on and add to the message's legitimacy with colleagues, other organizations, and businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about Grammarly is that sometimes it conflicts with other applications such as Word, which has an auto-editor similar to this program. One program will say to change it to this, and Grammarly says to change it to that with no absolute resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Grammarly Business is helping me solve is making sure the messages sent outside the organization are professional, concise, and provide the best representation of the organization we can offer. It makes it easy to put our best foot forward when sometimes that email is our only communication with the receiving party.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall the product is very useful. It catches a lot of common mistakes and helps me rephrase things so they're more understandable. Very helpful for a communications professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really, really, really hate that it drops it's weird HTML tag into anything I open up. I really wish I could stop that from happening. Also we don't use the oxford comma and it doesn't seem to understand that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it to catch spelling errors and grammatical mistakes. I think it makes my writing sound more professional and polished as well. This survey needs to be shorter.
Grammarly improves your writing skills
What do you like best about the product?
I like and use the suggestions. I have been using Grammarly for more than two years, and thanks to the suggestions/corrections, I have noticed an improvement in my writing skills

I don't dislike anything about it. Sometimes, it rephrases my sentence and then corrects again and again the suggested correction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me write clear and precise text. Grammarly is beneficial since English is not my mother tongue.
Game changer for users of English as Second Language
What do you like best about the product?
As a foreign attorney, it is sometimes hard for me to find the exact words and prepositions to sound professional in my e-mails to clients; however, this task became easy with Grammarly Business. I like the "rewrite for clarity" option to reduce the sentences' sizes and make them more apparent to the interlocutor. The funny thing, it helped me create this review as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it asks me to change the punctuation or wording, but once I accept the changes, it requests that I change it back to what it was before. Maybe it takes time to "understand" the phrases one writes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a foreign attorney working at a law firm with other foreign attorneys, sometimes it is complex for us to find the exact legal wording we would use in our mother tongue, however, Grammarly Business helps us write clear, concise, and correct e-mails and petitions, so we sound as professional as we do in our language.
