Grammarly Business is an Incredible Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business makes it incredibly easy for a writer like myself to always ensure what I write is accurate grammatically and sounds as professional as possible. It always has helpful suggestions, and the plagiarism checker ensures I don't accidentally use someone else's content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike about Grammarly Business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business ensures that what I write is in the tone I need with the correct wording and grammatical structure. Grammarly Business makes me more productive and ensure my content is of the best quality.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is so straightforward to use. Their application integrates seamlessly with my daily workflow, allowing me to improve my grammar, spelling, and overall writing without taking over my entire screen. I've even started using it for my volunteer organizations!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I live in the US, my spelling has always been more British-leaning, for example, cancelled or favourite. While I can reassign my dialect, most of my writing is American-formated. Even when dismissed, it pops up each time I use the word. I wish there were a "Dismiss Indefinitely" button or something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business emails have improved exponentially. I never realized how much I write in the passive voice. Grammarly has helped me identify tones that allow me to be more direct with my clients.
Up Your Writing Game
What do you like best about the product?
We are a nonprofit, and using Grammarly Business helps our small staff concisely articulate essential issues. It helps us better sound like a large organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be being unable to share with our contractors who work and write on our behalf. If we can add people outside the organization would be helpful for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me check our writing across all platforms, including emails, letters, and social media. It can be time-consuming to cross-check everything, but it's something that must be done.
Even professional writers need this!
What do you like best about the product?
No one can edit their own writing (really). After 30-plus years of writing grant proposals, policy manuals, and extensive business correspondence, I am always amazed at how much Grammarly catches my mistakes and improves my writing. And it's even better about punctuation. In a world where so much of "writing" is text-speak and acronyms, I am much more confident in my professionalism and creativity with these tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I receive the reports on my word usage and styles -- I find it amusing to compare myself to others, but also somewhat annoyed that the system is analyzing my writing styles. Really? Who cares that I was more amusing or confident this week? (It all depends upon what I am writing.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hopefully it is making me a better and more compelling writer (we need those grants for our non-profit).
Grammarly Business is a life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I wouldn't sound nearly as professional as I do without the assistance of Grammarly Business! I work in Technical Support, which means I send many professional emails back and forth with clients. Grammarly is constantly guiding me in the right direction, giving me suggestions on how to portray the tone I want, which is a significant differentiator for me vs. using other similar tools in the past. I would recommend this to anyone who engages in email/text communication in their profession.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many things to dislike about Grammarly Business. The aspect I like the least is how Grammarly always highlights some of the email templates made by our team have grammatical errors - the rest of my team could use Grammarly apparently!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is solving the problem of trying to type too fast, being as productive as possible, and also sounding as professional as possible. The amount of time this tool saves me is incredible!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that grammarly helps with different writing tones. I write very casually but it can help me sound better, less wordy, more professional. It also helps with correcting grammar and spelling which is always a plus in the workplace!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications are annoying. The little bubble that pops up can be in the way at times and the ability to dismiss or ignore corrections doesn't work very well. It comes right back after a few seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping me and my company write better, write professionally, and write smarter. I'm actually using its suggestions as I write this review!
Great for Elevating Emails
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have a tool check my emails for any grammar errors. The tone-check is also nice in case an email is coming across in a way that's unintended.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit limited with understanding the context of what I mean at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to have a second set of "eyes" on my emails to provide feedback on my writing and the tone of the email.

What do you like best about the product?
My entire team actually uses it. It integrates so easily, it has improved accuracy and overall clarity for all our written copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain web-based platforms (Drip email for example) where the program doesn't work within the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small team, with a lot happenign all the time - Grammarly allows us to have a second set of eyes without needing to hire another person just to check ourselves for accuracy.
Great tool but a little too perfect
What do you like best about the product?
It provides us with an excellent spelling tool and an accurate suggestion companion. It's fast and correct most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions feel too perfect, wich means that it doesn't seem like a human wrote them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for pitch and sales content. We just need to keep in mind the specifics of the content. It makes our content accurate and professional enough.
Grammarly is very helpful!

I like that if I am unsure about a sentence, Grammarly reviews it.

I do not like that it sometimes changes things that I do not want changed.
