Incredibly helpful and easy-to-use tool for professional writing!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use. Suggested corrections and edits can be made by simply hovering over the item and clicking the correction to implement it, but it's also easy to dismiss an edit when needed, so I appreciate that it doesn't automate or force any edits. Grammarly has helped to improve my grammar and punctuation and keeps my professional writing in top shape.
What do you dislike about the product?
The grey lines that show up for suggested edits that are specific to the company I work for can sometimes be a little annoying. They are there to keep the company's style policies consistent, and it has caught some helpful things for me, but the suggested edits are not always what's needed depending on the context of what I'm writing. But that's just how it goes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps keep me on track with good grammar, less wordy writing, and professional quality.
Grammarly for Business has made me more confident when communicating with others within our company!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly for Business has significantly increased my confidence in writing, as it was once a weak area for me. I no longer spend excessive time questioning the professionalism and intent of my messages. With Grammarly's corrections, suggestions, and insights, I've saved hours and become a more confident writer, even when I'm not using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the Grammarly icon can be obstructive when not needed. Though it can be turned off for specific sites, this minor inconvenience requires manual intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is solving issues related to writing proficiency, professionalism, and communication clarity. By providing real-time corrections, suggestions, and insights, it helps users create polished and effective content. The tool has increased my confidence in writing and saved me time by eliminating the need to constantly question the quality and intent of my messages. As a result, my overall communication skills have improved, even when not using Grammarly, as I've learned to recognize and correct common mistakes on my own.
Great tool to keep you on target
What do you like best about the product?
We have an in-house style guide to which we need to adhere, and Grammarly allows us to set our own rules to make sure we keep the same voice active throughout all of our comms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if this is a feature, but I would like to be able to disable some of the tone suggestions. The writing I do is pretty technical, and my audience expects a reasonably straightforward tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small in-house team that handles communications, and we don't always have the time to proofread each other's work. Grammarly provides the necessary assistance to keep us on task and sounding professional in everything we do.
Amazing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's ability to ensure all my messages are clearly written, reviewing both spelling mistakes and sentence grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly's Google Chrome extensions don't always work as expected, and need to be prompted to properly review text.

Properly proofreading our emails + copywriting in presentation decks.

What do you like best about the product?
Having used Grammarly Business for almost 6 months now, I can confidently say that it has been a game-changer for our team's written communication. The AI-powered grammar and spell-checking features have helped us catch errors we would have otherwise missed, and the tone detector has helped us ensure that our messaging is consistent and professional. The integration with various tools we use daily, such as Slack and Microsoft Office, has made it easy to incorporate into our workflow. The monthly reports have also helped us track our team's progress in writing improvement. Overall, Grammarly Business has been an invaluable tool for our team, and I highly recommend it to any business looking to improve their written communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a feature that allows me to modify the G bubble size.

As a proposal writer who has been using Grammarly Business for over 6 months, the tool is solving the problem of ensuring that my written communication is error-free, professional, and consistent. This is benefiting me by saving me time in proofreading and editing, improving the quality of my writing, and giving me confidence that my proposals are polished and effective. Additionally, the monthly reports provided by Grammarly Business have helped me track my progress in improving my writing skills. I can say Grammarly Business has made me a more efficient and effective proposal writer.
Great tool for anyone, even content creators
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a writer, and Grammarly Business helps me catch the little mistakes that my eyes gloss over in both business writing and my marcom pieces. It's great to be able to add in our company's style guide too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been an excellent tool with no major downsides to speak of. Most suggested edits are helpful. The widget that pops up on any page is super helpful, so I don't mind that it sometimes is a little annoying when it covers text. (It's easy to move.)

Grammarly Business helps me keep my writing up to the high standard I require of myself and that others expect of me. It's also a great training tool for newer team members who are honing their writing/grammar/punctuation skills.

It catches all my mistakes, and it helps me sound more professional. It also corrects and gives me better grammar. I like that it also sends me weekly progress to my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about it. I like everything about it. Everyone in my job uses it to write emails and do facebook posts. I would not change anything about it.

Grammarly has been solving all my typos and it proofread all my stuff. It also suggests words that make my emails and papers and posts sound way better. it has solved many things for me.

What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed me to make my emails more professional and save me from embarrassing typos in my role at a University. I communicate by email with many highly educated and intelligent individuals, and Grammarly has saved me from making silly mistakes that could easily make me look unprofessional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are inaccurate for what I am writing and if I am not paying close enough attention, it will change the meaning of my writing. However, I will note that this seems to be improving the longer I use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I am a strong writer, my grammar is lacking, and growing up with technology and autocorrect over the last decade has made me a lazy writer. Grammarly helps me to correct careless mistakes that I might miss otherwise.
Fantastic and Useful Product To Get Your Whole Team On
What do you like best about the product?
The company style guide and the ability to get the whole team to use the style guide. This has significantly cut down on the amount of small work I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would love to see this product work in Adobe InDesign or their copy editor for InDesign. Many of our final copy-edits and last-minute additions are made in InDesign. I would greatly benefit from having Grammarly integrated. Also, InDesign's spellcheck is truly awful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for general proofreading. My favorite thing is the company-wide style guide. Getting our whole organization on Grammarly has cut down on my work time: better-submitted copy that is also more consistent with our style guide.
Great Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can create a customized style guide for your team so that everyone consistently writes in the same manner and tone. It is also a great assistant when writing since it provides helpful suggestions when writing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, but it would also be helpful to add an AI detector so we can flag AI-generated content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps check consistency in punctuation, capitalization, and more. It also detects plagiarism which is a big no-no in our company. It also helps ensure that the writing is clear, concise, and easily understandable by the reader.
