Makes Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Grammarly Business is I get some freedom back. I don't need to read and re-read and re-read emails or documents over and over again, anxious that I'll find a mistake. Grammarly is an unbelievable help to my mental health and communication skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that sometimes I have trouble getting the Desktop app to load up to use in my non-web based apps. Sometimes it's difficult to understand how to trigger it starting up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is solving problems with effective, efficient, and clear communication. All of which benefit me on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis. Takes away a lot of my worries at work since communication is the primary role in my job.
The most helpful tool you'll never realize you're using
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly Business is able to be used in a number of word processing softwares. It's features are easy to use across Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRMs we utilize to ensure we are always sounding professional and avoiding grammar mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not believe there are many downsides to Grammarly Business. If I had to pick one thing I would maybe say they don't do a great job promoting other features of Grammarly Business that may be helpful to explore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the Marketing Coordinator of my company I write a lot of content and while I don't really need to use Grammarly Business to check my spelling that often, it is very useful in helping me trim down copy and make sure I am being as clear and concise as possible in all of my communications. Whether it be a simple email to the team or an article that will be going up on our website, Grammarly Business helps me be confident that I am not making mistakes that will make me and my team seem unprofessional.
The OG, and still the most reliable, AI writing assistant for me
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using various Grammarly products for 5+ years now and it's still my favorite writing/editing tool. Grammarly Business, in particular, has been useful for me as a content editor for a digital publication. I like the Style Rules feature best as it helps our team enforce our internal style guide consistently across various assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still encounter bugs, mainly when working off WordPress draft posts. It's nothing that a quick refresh can't fix but it would be better to have a more seamless experience here since I use it daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from providing reliable help with proofreading, I find Grammarly Business's recent AI upgrades valuable. I started using GrammarlyGO and love the "Give me ideas for improvement" prompt.

What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes we need to send out emails and marketing materials quickly, and Grammarly allows us to not worry so much about the grammar side of our materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I'm unable to move the icon, and some suggestions really are very wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to give us breathing room when it comes to spellchecking and grammar. Also, as a nonprofit, they provided us with a year free of service.

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped my writing become better!! It amazes me how professional Grammarly can make you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything to dislike about it.

Correcting grammatical and punctuation errors. Making sure the flow reads better.
Extremely Worth It!
What do you like best about the product?
I have to constantly send out announcements and emails to my entire company. I sound more confident, sophisticated, and eloquent in less than a minute. I also believe I have become a better writer using Grammarly. The icon lets you know what you can change, delete or rearrange. I have been taking mental notes along the way and I see the difference in my writing. I love Grammarly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's anything to worry about but maybe the icon's position. I sometimes have to move it around, but it's nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing was never my strongest suit. I know there can be improvements in my writing. However, I know that Grammarly will make me sound better, so I don't have to stress about how I sound. It honestly impresses me every time.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me focus on writing rather than on the nuances of spelling and grammar

I feel that there are times when some bad writing can slip through the net

One of the ways it helps me is when I am reviewing the work of my colleagues, I can give feedback without giving offense, I simply say, "according to Grammarly it should read this way."
Become a great writer, get emails answered, use the correct tone everytime.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly is great for many reasons, but the number one reason I like it is the tone feature. This feature has been a game changer for me in finding the tone best for each email or document I am writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface gets in the way of my writing or slows down the flow when you see grammerly working in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a media company, writing is the life blood of my work. With everything that gets written going out on TV & the internet we must be accurate and concise in everything I write.
Useful Tool - Saves Time and Helps Professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is very useful in helping write in more clear and concise terms. I frequently utilize suggestions to remove superflous words from emails. It's also very helpful when drafting any documents, letters, communications, etc. as it does a much better job with grammar than Word's default.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally run into issues with the Outlook plugin. Grammarly will not open correctly or provide proofreading. I've had to re-install once or twice, but it's not a big issue and doesn't occur often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More clear and concise communications. It always beneficial to have more professional emails and documents that have been proofread. Suggestions often help with restructuring for clarity.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly fixes things I didn't know needed fixing. It's a great tool that helps me communicate more clearly and succinctly. AND it's free for nonprofits, saving us both time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a little glitchy - it doesn't always show the underlined text the tip references. I'd also like the bubble to stay where you put it so it doesn't block the screen.

Grammarly is a second pair of eyes on grant applications, emails, and general communications for our organization.
