Invaluable tool for anyone who types things that others need to read
What do you like best about the product?
It's a learning tool for me. It helps me keep up on my own writing skills by identifying the areas I get soft at. I'm a good writer by nature but Grammarly has definitely helped me to stay consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recommendations don't take the full context of the content into account. I'm not really faulting Grammarly for this since all writers are different, have different styles, etc. I expect AI will continue to make this better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps maintain consistent quality with any customer-facing copy. Helps a lot with scripting content for trainings, webinars, and business documentation such as processes, SOPs, policies, etc.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for Grammarly's Grammar Checker and Plagiarism Checker. These tools have been a game-changer for me in terms of ensuring that my writing is error-free and original. What do you dislike about the product?
I was wondering if it would be possible to make the Plagiarism tool more easily accessible through the dashboard. It would be really helpful to have it right there when I'm working on a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been looking for a way to improve the clarity and accuracy of my writing, and Grammarly business has been a great tool. The program design has helped me catch grammar mistakes, spelling errors, and other common writing issues that can make my work less effective. With Grammarly business, I enjoy a smoother, more polished writing process, and ensure that my messages are always clear and easy to understand. Whether I am writing emails, reports, or other important documents, Grammarly Business is a valuable resource that has helped me achieve my goals.
Fantastic and useful product
What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful and useful tool that plays a role in the everyday operation of my job and responsibilities. As a writer and copyeditor, there are days were you get so bogged down in the "what" of the to-do list and the quantity, you can ignore the quality here and there and that is where this product plays its part.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. I have enjoyed using the product and all that it has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not a problem but rather using it as a way to check our work as we move forward and sharpen the text.

Automatic tone correction is amazing. Readability and style corrections are always helpful. The brand tone is impressive.

In Windows, widgets sometimes get stuck with certain apps and load slowly.

Also, it helps in writing context-based scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
It takes the pressure off my brain a bit. I can just get the words down and then quickly clear up the spelling and grammar. My emails and messages have become more clear, more succinct, and more professional. I now feel dependent on Grammarly Business and miss it dearly when I am on my personal computer!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to think of anything I dislike about Grammarly Business. It works perfectly 99% of the time. On the rare occasion that it makes a suggestion I don't want to implement, Grammarly makes it easy to decline the suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly ensures that I always sound professional and clear in my communications. This makes my work more effective in all areas. It also takes a load off my brain, which saves me juice for other areas of my life!

The ease of use! It allows for streamless quality analysis of any typed item, whether a document, email, blog post, and beyond.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly makes a suggestion, and when you make the change, it suggests another change, which was what to original text stated.
At times the app can freeze, and suggestions do not get changed when you prompt Grammarly to!

It helps me express myself appropriately when I write professionally and for graduate school. It helps me spend less time revising and more time on the content!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are recommendations that I don't find helpful; for example, sometimes, I have to write in the passive voice, and it corrects it every time instead of learning that.

Grammarly Business saves me precious time and makes me look professional to potential donors to bring more funds to my non-profit's mission. The tones help me stay on brand as well.

I have observed this multiple times - all of sudden, the app gets inactive and the only option to reactivate is to restart my system, which is not feasible all the time

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Grammarly because you can easily pop in any kind of text and it will quickly scan it for errors. I also like that you can add it as a plug-in and it will scan your emails or text box for errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much. I want more/better synonyms and sometimes the system doesn't completely understand if I'm discussing specific business activities using language that is unique to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves for my everyday writing needs. I use it for internal emails and outside-facing marketing content.
Helpful tool for consistency across your org
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, I love the Style Guide to create consistency across our organization. It allows you to add common words or phrases to your org's vocabulary. I even use it to remind our org of the correct spelling of leadership/execs (and place their current titles in the 'Explanation'.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Grammarly Business. It's pretty customizable in the event you don't like getting certain notifications or emails (like in Quick Settings, you can toggle things on or off). However, the cost did go up significantly in the last year, so we had to pay more for the same amount of seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a UX writer on the team, it can be hard to create consistency across our products. This helps influence grammar and style choices across the organization with little to no hands-on management.
