Write without Mistakes!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is where it suggest the whole sentence changes without changing the meaning of the sentence. Also we can set our brand tone and it will suggest changes based on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of time I dismiss a change but next time when I open the document it keep showing the same change again, ot should remember my selection and not show it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making Sure whole team is writing in similar brand tone and not making silly mistakes in product documentation. Also as we write in American English it can suggest changes based on that

What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful when clarifying a message and ensuring the grammar is spot on. I also like the tone detection. It makes writing easy and the editing aspect even quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice if Grammarly adopted an AI component to make writing suggestions. Jasper AI and CopyAI do a great job with this to make writing even faster and easier while adopting the correct tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve editing and proofreading for me on all client projects. It even helps with emails as well to make sure the tone is spot on and the grammar is professional.

I love that I am able to proof my writing. I like that it gives me other ways to say what I need to. The best thing about this is the ability to have another set of eyes on my work.

Sometimes it keeps asking me to make the same change that I already denied.

Excellent resource for students
What do you like best about the product?
For my students, the best thing is the grammar checker and the fact it will give you suggestions on how to change or fix the issue! The students have a much easier time understanding their errors with this feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
Students are still confused when it says "edit for clarity". I wish it gave them an example or two of how the sentences could be edited. Also, it doesn't always recognize plurals vs. contractions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps my students see errors in their writing before turning it in for a final grade. It also keeps me from having to grade grammar. I can let it do that while I focus on content.
Grammarly helps me to formulate emails efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can focus on the message I need to get across, and Grammarly will help me fix it so it sounds proper, and I use all the correct punctuation and sentence formatting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, I've used Grammarly for years!

It's helping me with sentence structure and quality control. I send hundreds of messages a day as the direct point of contact for a marketing agency. Grammarly allows me to focus on my message and make spelling and grammatical errors simultaneously!
Great Productive Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can easily use it in our workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes can be prohibitive in smaller text boxes, and I don't always remember to turn it off.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides on-the-spot updates to mistakes, provides options for a better sentence, and cleans up errors for someone like me whose not a great editor. I have become a much better writer by using Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not always provide a fluid correction. That is, sometimes the options given are a distraction and not on point with the sentence topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I insist my entire staff (20+ professionals) utilize Grammarly. I oversee our marketing and communications units and they love having an on the fly edit option.
Must have tool for email writing, copywriting and anything in between!

Grammarly Business helps me ensure my emails, notes and any other deliverables I create have correct grammar and spelling. English is my second language, so for me, it's vital that it corrects my grammar and that I also get recommendations that have helped me improve my writing. I even used Grammarly on this review!!

I dislike that it sometimes signs me out and I dont notice until I get no stats on my weekly Grammarly update email.

English is my second language, so Grammarly helps ensure my writing is accurate and correct. And it also helps me keep improving my knowledge of the language and grammatical rules.
Critical tool for tone and clarity

I really appreciate that it help me articulate myself more accurately. I work in a tech fields so its easy to get wrapped up in jargon and this til really hel
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can be a little clunky on third party tools like clickup and its hard to get it to work on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am dyslexic and Grammarly is a bit more attuned than traditional spell check to what I am trying to say and tends to intuit the words more accurately. It has made me quicker at email writing and given my writing more clarity across the board.
