Grammarly Business works great for our business!
What do you like best about the product?
Two elements of Grammarly Business are most helpful for us. 1, maintaining "brand voice" and 2, helping our non-native English-speaking staff feel confident in their writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve for "onboarding" staff, etc., but once everyone understood how it worked and was properly installed, we've had nothing but great feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially invested in the program to help our non-native English-speaking employees, but we find that it helps everyone on the team.
Helpful app for anyone
What do you like best about the product?
I use grammarly business for everything from casual emails and teams messages to colleagues to formal proposals and corporate partners emails. Grammarly understands all settings and spaces, which is a great tool for adaptation. It corrects so many small mistakes that we often are overwhelmed trying to accomplish. It helps give the average person some time back in their day to accomplish other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of my knowledge, there is no correction on apps like teams or slack, so is missing some utilization on those areas, but works great with emails on outlook and docs. Sometimes there are some spelling/formatting mishaps that it recommends that are not correct. But I understand not all software is perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often times start rambling in my email and throw words to a page that do not always make sense on paper but do in my head. Grammarly helps me organize my thoughts for others to understand. Not only is it helping others understand my position, but helps give me back more time in the day than proofreading everything.

What do you like best about the product?
As the writer/editor working in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment, it's always helpful to have a built-in extra pair of eyes checking my work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doesn't work on long documents without restarting; wish it were easier to temporarily turn off certain suggestions (like clarity ones related to passive voice, for example) for single documents but not permanently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing marketing collateral and thought leadership for an econ consulting firm - helps spot-check technical language and often difficult-to-read jargon from economists. And is just an extra set of eyes when I'm the only one reviewing long, complicated documents!

I LIKE THE EASE OF BEING ABLE TO WRITE A BODY OF WORK AND THEN RUN THE GRAMMARLY TOOL TO HELP ME PHRASE WHAT I'D LIKE TO SAY IN A BETTER, MORE UNDERSTANDABLE MANNER.
What do you dislike about the product?
THE SUGGESTIONS ARE ULTRA HELPFUL, BUT SOMETIMES THE SUGGESTIONS GRAMMARLY WILL MAKE WILL CHANGE WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO SAY. KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THIS, AND ALWAYS READ THROUGH YOUR WORK TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CHANGES GRAMMARLY MAKES DO NOT CHANGE WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO SAY.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GRAMMARLY BUSINESS HELPS ME TO BOTH PROOFREAD MY WORK AND COME UP WITH SUGGESTIONS WHEN I'VE USED A WORD TOO MANY TIMES IN 1 BODY OF WORK. IT MAKES ME LOOK MORE PROFESSIONAL IN MY WRITING.
An incredibly helpful product.
What do you like best about the product?
Now with AI insights, Grammarly has become one of the mose powerful tools for editing and creating written content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are likely product features that would be useful that I haven't even considered, but I am incredibly happy with the product as it is today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small organization, we don't have a ton of resources to put into editing and content. Grammarly Business allows us to work smarter as a small team.
Doing the check-work for me
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to breeze through emails and outreach with the peace of mind of knowing mistakes will be caught. This allows me to focus on the messaging on the front end and then tidy up spelling and grammar on the backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little bit glitchy on dual monitors. Not sure if it has to do with scaling but if I'm typing on a bigger monitor the red-lining doesn't always work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me a ton of time because I don't get caught up on spelling or sentence structure - I just write. Grammarly then takes care of making the writing well structured, using good tone, etc.
Grammarly is very useful for clear communication!

Correcting communication on the fly, especially when I am in a hurry!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found one yet! It works great!

It corrects my correspondence before I send it to be more professional. It helps my writing be clear and consise.

Love how it helps me triple check all of my work seamlessly. It is very user friendly and super helpful.

nothing!!! it works so great and is the best part of my day to day.

It helps solve any spelling issues and grammar issues.
Great boost to our writing/communications
What do you like best about the product?
Typing too fast and forget a word or misspell it, Grammarly got you. Your sentence structure is poor and sounds a little confusing, Grammarly suggests a rewording/rearranging of the sentence to improve the structure and better communicate your message. They also send out emails that let you know how you're doing with your writing skills and how you're utlizing Grammerly most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Grammarly almost everywhere I type. I can't use it in some programs due to safety features so I type in Word, using Grammarly and then paste in to the programs with strict safeguards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the insurance business and we are constantly working, constantly typing, and don't always have time to watch the screen as we type. Grammerly helps eliminate errors, reword sentences that may be confusing to the insured, and improve our way of communicating.
Helps me when my brain doesn't work!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the integrations/add ons so that Grammarly can help me craft emails, company communications and I can check the grammar and the tone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the commas are weird and it can be challenging to use with my email some days

I have a million things on my plate at any given moment. It's nice to have Grammarly support me as I'm writing to help catch any errors
