Grammarly usage for my Communications Specialist
What do you like best about the product?
It does help me so much with my writing for emails, content creation, etc. I am heavily focused on social media and graphic design work, which greatly benefits me from using Grammarly. It gives me so much different features to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any objections or dislike about Grammarly Business. It is FABULOUS!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with proofreading because English is my second language. I am using American Sign Language and have literacy skills in writing, but I do need some support with grammar proofreading that Grammarly does.
Easy way to write confidently
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I love that Grammarly Business shows me the tone that might be interpreted for my writing. I think it's a great tool to ensure you sound professional and communicate clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I find is sometimes Grammarly Business doesn't load well on the pages I'm working on, such as Google Docs, but often it just needs a refresh. I'd love to see a different way to access the snippets as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me ensure that my emails don't sound too casual. I also enjoy that it helps reword sentences that I would think are clear, to help with clarity, especially when working with people in different languages!
You should have it everyday, everywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the text review and the option to be better written; I also love changing words to be less repetitive. Punctuation is also essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform gives me more than needed when talking about tonality; it happens when you have that purple color on the review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You solve lack of confidence when typing in English and you have a partner to review your text.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it corrects but also revises. It's what an editor would do, except it is on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could show you 3-4 versions of what you are trying to say so that you pick and choose. I'd like more suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving how to communicate effectively for all business details. It's making points easier to understand.
Grammarly is the best proofreading tool on the market. Hands down.
What do you like best about the product?
It does everything I need it to and scales to businesses just as well. You can manage your entire brand voice through Grammarly Business without running into any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
For large teams it can get pretty expensive, and sometimes the suggestions can ignore more colloquial phrasing. It will generally rewrite well for clarity, but sometimes it doesn't sound quite as good as the original.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easily accessible tool that can double-check anything you write or anything your team writes for spelling or grammar issues. Its new AI features are also incredibly helpful when writing material that needs to sound professional and/or marketable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to count on Grammarly business to make sure all my copy is sharp and error-free. I am a full-time writer who deals with a high-volume of projects every week, and Grammarly helps me keep moving fast while avoiding simple mistakes that would make me look unprofessional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app glitches and offers suggestions that make no sense or change the meaning of the text in an unwanted way. Other times the app will stop working and I have to reload the browser. Other than that, it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar accuracy, it also helps me with being concise, writing with proper punctuation and improving the clarity of the text. It also suggests better vocabulary options for my text.
Grammarly Business Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love the enhanced grammar check and writing improvement Grammarly premium offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Grammarly business is probably the estimates of the reading and speaking times. It's not they are bad, I just don't use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly makes my writing ad grammar better. Its make me stop sending with incorrect grammar and makes my writing more interesting and inviting.
Grammarly is great
What do you like best about the product?
The plug-ins with things like gmail and browsers are fantastic. The ability to have it natively in these has helped dramatically. I also really like the newest feature of helping with sayings and being more concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint with Grammarly is that it logs me out often. I do not notice it until I get the weekly update saying I had no writing for the week. Aside from that Grammarly is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, I tend to be very wordy and with Grammarly, I am able to be more concise when writing emails and comments on Tickets.

The best thing about Grammarly is you don't have to worry about grammar mistakes. They are there to help you and even rewrite some sentences to improve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Grammarly. It is overall just a good tool. The only thing I would change is having more benefits for the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who does not pay much attention to grammar, I always use Grammarly to go back and check to make sure I have all the correct grammar in my writing. It's the best tool!
Must Have Software
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic detection of errors in my speaking. Helpful suggestions to make what I am typing straightforward to understand. I like the feature where you can dictate the tone you want your writing to be in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found too many downfalls of Grammarly for Business. sSometimes the prompts can be inaccurate and overtake the screen while typing, but I am nitpicking now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me write more clearly and concisely, without typos.
