Everyday User
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly every day. Short emails, long emails, presentations, and reports, why not check over the content?
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think Grammarly is too aggressive with "passive" sentences. Passive writing isn't bad, especially in diplomatic situations where.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overall writing has gotten better using it. Naturally, I make the same "mistakes," When I see them pointed out repeatedly, I learn not to make them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love not missing all the spelling mistakes I used to miss before having Grammarly. The good thing about the business is that several people on my team can also use it and improve our report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed a downside yet about Grammarly Business. I think it's very resourceful and helps me and my team to improve our reports and texts everyday both online and in apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before having Grammarly Business, we had to check every sentence in our reports to make sure everything was written right and with no mistakes. Right now, it’s very easy to spot those mistakes and click and fix them.

What do you like best about the product?
Good price, especially for nonprofits. Really easy to use, and I always run important external documents through Grammarly before sharing. Also helpful to be able to share with the entire staff to ensure all company materials sound professional. I also like that you can choose different tones depending on the material and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really had had any issues so far with Grammarly Business, as an administrator or user of the software. Very user-friendly and helpful. Will continue to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Grammarly Business helps with is to ensure all of our external company documents are proofread and sound professional and grammatically correct.
Something you think you don't need - but it will change your life
What do you like best about the product?
It seamlessly integrates into my workflow - whether sending slack messages, emails, creating notes, documents, whatever it may be - I am so impressed with this aspect!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much - my only comment is I wish there was a way for it to remember my old phrases that I use repeatedly and could provide shorthand when writing those repetitive emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes my writing so much more professional and ensures that my writing is appropriate for my target audience.
It is quite useful, provides great corrections.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps you to write better emails, job descriptions and way more; another benefit is that now I can notice way easier some mistakes that I normally do or did.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the pop-up of Grammarly does not show in some web pages or in any other kind of program, but after closing and starting Grammarly again it shows properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the beginning, I had some issues with my job postings, My supervisor noticed some mistakes and some typos within them, however, with Grammarly those mistakes are gone, and is not just because Grammarly corrects me, but helps me to learn and improve my typing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how resourceful it is in helping me improve my communication skills. At times, I do not know what to type and Grammarly offers great assistance in rewording my sentences so that it sounds much more professional. I learn new ways to communicate better and be effective at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I can say that I dislike about Grammarly. However, the only very minor but understanding thing I would have to say I dislike is not being able to access without internet. This however, is understandable since I know it works with the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication gap or would much rather say communicating better. It has benefitted me to replace misused words or incomplete and sentences rewording it so that it sounds more professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's improvement suggestions are always on point. I'm always taking advantage of them to optimize my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly's Chrome extension isn't always the cleanest on some platforms. But this is such a minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps us ensure our company's content is grammar error free. I can rest assured that our social posts, reports, emails, ads, etc. are written well and grammar/spelling error free.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside to using Grammerly is like having a second set of eyes on your work and communication at all times. Extremely beneficial to catch small mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be slow down Microsoft Outlook or cause problems with my computer when too many tasks are open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammerly is catching small mistakes in emails, executive notes, and providing clarity to text.
A fun and Useful Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the weekly update emails that show you changes in pace, tone, etc. It helps me across multiple platforms from Google docs to email to Slack!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it let you mark yourself as on vacation when you took time off? Instead, it often asks me if I'm logged out when I take time off! This also kills my streak!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is another level of protection against errors when I am working quickly and do not have time to run an entire document for another pair of eyes. This prevents silly and embarrassing mistakes,
Grammarly has been a true blessing!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Grammarly helps me to clean up my most important client and prospect emails! It allows me to position myself above competitors by utilizing the most effective language and tone!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've noticed is sometimes it recommends a more direct tone when I am trying to give the feeling of empathy. Not a huge issue, but something I have seen while utilizing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing grammatical and spelling errors in our prospect and client emails! It ensures that the best representation of our brand is being displayed all the way down to our communication efforts.
