What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool to review my grammar and spelling. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It corrects my grammar since English is not my mother language, wich makes me more confident while communicating with native speakers.
Amazing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has helped me with my proposal documents and ensured a consistent voice across multiple authors. It has also allowed me to control style guides and help my team improve their writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't get as much granular detail about how my team is using this software. I do like the weekly summaries, and maybe I'm not spending enough time in the admin panel. But I would like the ability to do a deeper dive on the analytics of my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I oversee the writing of long, technical documents with multiple authors. Grammarly Business allows me to more quickly proofread these documents (to ensure I meet my deadlines). It is a great helper that really creates efficiencies in my process. I've also started using the new GrammarlyGO AI assistant. It will take a little getting used to, but it has helped improve the voice of several emails and assisted with good writing prompts.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to write concise and grammatically correct sentences. I'm using Notion to prepare docs for new features; Grammarly helps to deliver thoughts clearly and correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that the downside is that I can't use Grammarly everywhere! =)) For example, it works awesomely within Chrome, but I can't use it in Slack. Maybe this is because I use Ubuntu, so anyway, it's not a real downside - I just open Chrome, type something, and Grammarly does its job well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deliver clear documentation for the product features, user manuals, and many things that require grammatically correct sentences. Imagine the technical documentation that has tons of errors)
Write without Mistakes!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is where it suggest the whole sentence changes without changing the meaning of the sentence. Also we can set our brand tone and it will suggest changes based on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of time I dismiss a change but next time when I open the document it keep showing the same change again, ot should remember my selection and not show it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making Sure whole team is writing in similar brand tone and not making silly mistakes in product documentation. Also as we write in American English it can suggest changes based on that

What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful when clarifying a message and ensuring the grammar is spot on. I also like the tone detection. It makes writing easy and the editing aspect even quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice if Grammarly adopted an AI component to make writing suggestions. Jasper AI and CopyAI do a great job with this to make writing even faster and easier while adopting the correct tone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve editing and proofreading for me on all client projects. It even helps with emails as well to make sure the tone is spot on and the grammar is professional.

Sometimes recommendations go round in circles!

Excellent resource for students
What do you like best about the product?
For my students, the best thing is the grammar checker and the fact it will give you suggestions on how to change or fix the issue! The students have a much easier time understanding their errors with this feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
Students are still confused when it says "edit for clarity". I wish it gave them an example or two of how the sentences could be edited. Also, it doesn't always recognize plurals vs. contractions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps my students see errors in their writing before turning it in for a final grade. It also keeps me from having to grade grammar. I can let it do that while I focus on content.
Great Productive Product
What do you like best about the product?
The Superhuman integration has been great! I love Go!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the text box bubbles can be irritating and persistent.

Assisting in professional emails and creating new content

Grammarly Business helps me ensure my emails, notes and any other deliverables I create have correct grammar and spelling. English is my second language, so for me, it's vital that it corrects my grammar and that I also get recommendations that have helped me improve my writing. I even used Grammarly on this review!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it sometimes signs me out and I dont notice until I get no stats on my weekly Grammarly update email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English is my second language, so Grammarly helps ensure my writing is accurate and correct. And it also helps me keep improving my knowledge of the language and grammatical rules.
Critical tool for tone and clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that it help me articulate myself more accurately. I work in a tech fields so its easy to get wrapped up in jargon and this til really hel
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can be a little clunky on third party tools like clickup and its hard to get it to work on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am dyslexic and Grammarly is a bit more attuned than traditional spell check to what I am trying to say and tends to intuit the words more accurately. It has made me quicker at email writing and given my writing more clarity across the board.
