Great tool for ensuring my writing is professional, concise, and sounds great
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is a great tool for making sure my writing is correct. I especially like the tone options to ensure my brand voice stays consistent for my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The add-on feature sometimes doesn't correctly register where words are in documents, so fixing an error could affect a section of writing that does not include the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business not only helps me, but helps my team to ensure that all writing across our organization is consistent, clean, and uses the same brand voicing.
Easy Proofreading For A Busy Professional
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate the most is how integrated Grammarly Business is with all of your different processes - so when writing something on the fly, I no longer need to worry about heavily proofreading for mistakes or errors, since it's not happening as I type. At a face paced non-profit with limited staff, this is a game-changing thing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little grammarly icons can get in the way of typing/clicking, but that's surely a small thing to deal with compared to the great help that Grammarly Business provides (and it's easy to move out of the way!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often turn out newsletters, emails, social media copy, press releases, and other external communications very quickly given we're a small, local non-profit, so being able to efficiently check our writings in real-time and turn out fast material is a huge benefit.
Grammarly Has Truly Enhanced My Entire Writing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have the entire team be more aware of their grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love this tool and do not see many downsides, so perhaps the functionality or ease of use could be improved. User-friendliness is key to these things and maybe it can improve there when it comes to the suggestions. Gets confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my writing in all facets. Also makes me be more concise. Saying more with less words
Crucial tool for writing clearly and effectively
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps us communicate in the best way possible. We use it not only for internal communication but also for social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the tool causes glitches with other platforms (for instance, Hootsuite). When this happens, we use Google Docs to write/check and then paste our final copy into Hootsuite.

Clear, concise communications appealing to a wide audience.
Incredible resource for any person
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is an incredible resource that I not only use when writing papers for my research, but it is also helpful in editing work emails, writing less formal documents, and other writing forms. The ability to select the audience and style that you are writing makes this a great resource, no matter what you are using the service for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes suggestions that are not correct or are not the best edit for the given text; however, you can choose to reject this suggestion. I wish it would be better at learning from previous selections to learn when suggestions are incorrect or inappropriate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps our entire lab group and me edit our research documents as we write. It has greatly improved the writing process and improved the prose that we can produce for our projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
The grammarly icon sometimes appers in front of the text I am reading and this let me upset. I need to manually move the icon and after a while the icon appears again

Improve que quality of my english writing in business emails, documents, spreadsheets, whatsapp conversations among other contet I need to create in my daily work
A Helpful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly is a helpful tool in simplifying, clarifying, and correcting my writing. The integrations mean that it is helping me in all forms of writing - from email to grant proposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is nitpicky and proper, so sometimes I ignore the suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Garmmarly helps me to improve my grammar and clarify my writing. It catches regular grammar mistakes and helps me improve my writing.

I find that my writing has improved, and Grammarly gives me great suggestions for changing my tone in emails and written work. I can't speak to the difference with competitors because I don't use any other resource like this.

I can't think of anything. I suppose it takes some time to load occasionally?

Grammarly has helped me with crafting stronger emails and with legal briefings and correspondence. I am definitely more productive. Not sure if performance has increased.
Grammarly is very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
it integrates seamlessly with our google suite and is very simple and intuitive to use. It was also very easy to add our employees to the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
every now and then there are moments where you are using jargon or organizational terminology that it doesn't know and so keeps suggesting that you edit things that do not need to be edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our general communications as an organization, helping us to write things more clearly and accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how automated Grammarly is, and it not only helps me with my spelling but also with how I sound. It's hard to know if you're being professional or just sounding too direct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly can make suggestions that don't make sense for my work. I understand why it suggests what it suggests, but it makes me feel like I'm writing the wrong thing when I know that I am.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of my work is interacting with other people and coworkers. Because of Grammarly, I don't need to ask people to check my work or my phrasing as often as I would be.
