Sound More Professional with Less Effort
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integrations on my phone. I send a lot of emails for my job and I appreciate that I can have the same editing capabilities on my phone and on my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't play nice with certain platforms. One example is Outreach and the Outreach plug in. I send most of my emails through Outreach and the Grammarly extension doesn't always work with these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me stay clear and concise in my communication. Sales emails need to be short and too the point and without errors, Grammarly helps me achieve the right tone, clarity and grammar.
Good way to expand your vocabulary
What do you like best about the product?
Best part is the access to different tools and insights into the work that the office is doing to help streamline communications and make processes more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to incorporate into existing grammar checking programs (ie: microsoft word will sometimes contradict grammarly and then not be able to move forward without a lot of troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that have been solved include making clearer statements and asking better questions to clarify the meaning behind words and phrases that are used by me and others.
Helpful for grammar and syntax recommendations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the suggestions it gives for making emails easier to read and more concise. I also appreciate the tone feedback it gives so that I know whether I'm framing my emails and notes the way that I am intending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing that I dislike is the space the side taskbar takes on my screen. It would be nice if it the window popped up when you clicked a button for a recommendation instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve the issue of needing multiple people to be constantly reviewing every document. By the time I am finished, I only need one other set of eyes and it's usually in great shape with few edits needed.
Fantastic Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love how convenient it is and how easy to use it is. It effortlessly integrates itself with all programs that I use and helps me become aware of things like tones that I was not anticipating before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little icon that follows you around can get in the way of things, which can be frustrating. I find myself constantly moving it out of the way. If it could sort of interpret where you are working and move to the side, that would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping me write emails and work on websites with the confidence that there are no typos, grammatical errors, or tones interpreted differently than I wanted.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has been a lifesaver for our team. It really helps us to keep on brand and support our messaging and goals. Love it and will continue to use it in our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really, I enjoy it alot and it is really supportive. Maybe it would be nice if it quickly picked up on the brand names or medicines we use without needing to add

It helps keeep our messaging consistent and on brand for our goals and what we would like to achieve. It's great we really love it and will keep using it in our work.
Our 5th Team Member!
What do you like best about the product?
We often joke that "Gram" is our 5th team member! She helps us take our work to the next level on the communications team. We've even started loaning her out to other teams (adding additional departments to our membership) and it's reduced the amount of time we have to spend proofreading others' work. I love that you can set your own rules and dictionary terms. Overall we love using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
You definitely still have to double check all suggestions, like with any AI technology, sometimes there are things recommended that just don't make sense or aren't necessary to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time spent proofreading others work within our organization. Also keeps everyone on brand and on tone which is super helpful when working with so many different levels of writers.
Best Grammer App for me
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using grammerly for my English grammer problem. It will help business also all of other grammer things. I'm using paid version with my team it's best for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it will be cheaper for future. We are using grammerly for our business things. So cost save so important for us.

We have native English business and we working many people around world. So our team uses grammarly for grammar things. It helping us for all plagiarism checking things.

Not only does it check for spelling and grammar mistakes, it is helpful for wording sentences and phrases better/more professionally.

Sometimes it doesn't always realize what I am saying is correct or what I am trying to say is correct

It is making my emails and documents clearer and more business professional.
Must for any entrepreneur and professional
What do you like best about the product?
Probably that it shows you not only the punctuation and grammar mistakes but also how it sounds, so you can improve also how you talk. This makes it easier to sound more professional and authoritative.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the rephrasing tool isn't as good, it'd really help if that'd be better as it currently shows you that something is written too complicated but not exactly how you should rephrase it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves issues by sounding professional and authoritative, after all grammar and punctuation mistakes are causing you not to sound as so. I think having a better rephrasing tool would really benefit it.

I use Grammarly Business almost every day- for emails, proposals, reports, and other messaging avenues for our donors. I could not recommend it more!

There's really no downsides to Grammarly Business. It is such a helpful tool that we utilize across the organization.

Working for a nonprofit organization, Grammarly Business allows us to proofread emails and messaging for our donors, social media, and other outlets.
