Ceuta Group IT Service desk tool
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about this product is the quality level of support, they are always quick to respond and provide excellent assistance. I use the chat feature from the webpage most weeks to resolve any issues or ask questions about how to improve my processes. Once familiar with UI it is easy to use and agent deployment is easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I first started using this product 4 years ago and initially I didn't like the UI, mainly the way it displays and the colours used. However once you get a feel for the UI layout it doesn't matter becasue of the information you receive about each machine is detailed and extremely useful. I don't have any issues with the UI anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any local machine issues can be resolved using the tools section from the UI, you can even run powershell commands on local machine from the admin console. This saves time as we dont need to arrange remote session with user, we can do it all in the background.

Almost all the features are very use full and adding value to our IT department but I like Remote Control, Patching and also configuration deployment most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inventory reports needs some more details should be added

A comprehensive solution that covers a wide range of features and products and is easy to use.
With a single system and login portal, you can:
* Control USB endpoints
* Deploy patches
* Deploy software/applications
* Fine-tune OS and web browser configurations
* Block/Allow specific Internet websites
* Remote login to PCs for support
* BitLocker encryption management
* Ticketing system
* On/Off campus connection with endpoint devices
* etc.
Customer support is good enough over chat or email.

Not all functions and products meet expectations, for example:
* The DLP function is not quite at the industry level from a cybersecurity perspective.
* Many reports are built-in but not easily customizable.
* As it contains so many functions, it requires a real effort to configure for the first time according to your organization's needs.
Provide direct support to clients with immediate response for high-priority issues.

Manage users' requests with proper approvals and integrate and monitor the remote login feature for technicians.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do tons of IT task remotely without having to interupt the end user makes ManageEngine well worth it.
Customer support has always been there when I needed them. I use Endpoint daily to keep from having to remote into a users computers and interupt their work. From pushing out software to editing the registry and much more, it can all be done easily with Endpoint.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I would say I dislike about Endpoint Central.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint allows me to automate and remotely push several tasks that would normally require remote control of the end users PC. I can now just push it out and the user can continue working. I also use it to remote into computers when needed.
Our Choice for Endpoint Protection and OS Deployment
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i'm able to do almost all the task witouth moving from my computer, this permit me to fullfill my duty as sys admin on my company, for example i can deploy patches, give remote assistance and manually launch script from remote agent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorial are not very easy to understand and also the interface need a bit of study but after all it all get simple when you learn the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in the need to update all our users PCs, not only with windows updates but also with general softwares, we found a nice repository full with updates and patches that helped us keep our PCs and servers always updated.
Patching Windows security effectively and securely in automated manner
What do you like best about the product?
It restrict several USB ports and monitor files transferred in or out of the system and with single click we can install a single software into multiple systems. It can even detect and protect from several vulnerabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
User Interface could have been better. Otherwise everthing is really fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier In our company we were facing a lot of challenges apart from threat and vulnerabilities like data getting out. but through this software we blocked all the peripherals and also measure size of data in and out. Additionally, We can even install a single software into multiple systems. It was a great investment and worth every penny
Continuously evolving management tool for IT professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central allows remote control of machines while allowing the machine user to watch your actions. Teleworking made easy! The management of security updates and software distribution works well and truly allows me to administer over a hundred machines. Hardware inventories, local account creation, and most OS varieties are all included and under one tool. Automatic installation on new domain machines makes keeping track of new hardware a breeze. Defining reports to scan for specific situations is easily accomplished and scheduling notification of pending events makes keeping track of events simple.

Makes my job seem easy to other personell!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking security patches used to be a nightmare, now with Endpoint Central they are categorized and deployed at will.
Being able to connect to user's machines and remotely fix issues (as well as teach/show users) is a SysAdmins dream come true.

Endpoint Central has been a game-changer for our organization's security. Its real-time threat detection and centralized management make it effortless to protect our endpoints. The intuitive interface and comprehensive reporting provide invaluable insights into our security posture. Extending the trial to 60 days is fantastic, allowing us ample time to fully explore its capabilities. Highly recommended! customer support is also very nice

What do you like best about the product?
We're trialing the solution for the last 30 days. so far it has exceeded our expectations in terms of asset managment preparing for ISO 27001.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to master, but defintly doable.

Valid Device Manager Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface very user-friendly and easy to use. The product is a valid solutions for small and relatively big enterprises and businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the interface could be a bit more updated graphically. It has a bit of an oldish style so maybe a bit of updated screens and/or transitions would be optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solving many issues with endpoint management and Device management, such as MDMs. Great support, very easy to get a ready solution.
