Amazing Product for Endpoint Management
What do you like best about the product?
Manage Engine has very robust remote system management tools which streamline IT support and management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model for technicians isn't great. You pay per technician, so if you want four IT members to have their own login you need to buy each of them a license, kind of silly considering you can enable concurrent logins, and then share a "local" account instead of an Active Directory or LDAP accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage Engine is great at finding vulnerabilities on systems that other systems miss.
Use it everyday for software deployment and for remote tools for our many devices we manage.
What do you like best about the product?
The wide array of tools the software provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little overwhelming to learn the various features of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly provides most of its utility to my job via its rich remote management features.

Some patching requires manual download.

Centralized Endpoint Managament
Have been using Endpoint Central for 2 years and no plans to change!
What do you like best about the product?
Everthing is pretty straightforward. While it does not come without it's flaws, support is generally quick to respond! Being able to get support through a quick chat is fantastic. I will admit, I have not been able to dive into all the extensive features of Enpoint Central, but we are planning to implement more of then as part of this years initiatives.
I use Endpoint Central daily, it is what we use at my company for all of our endpoint management.

What do you dislike about the product?
On more complex issues, it can take a little while to get solutions. There are some regular occuring issues that are more annoying than they are detrimental. I have only had one major issue that created a pretty big headache. I was cleaning out the Scope of Management and had selected a few computers to delete. It ended up removing every last machine from the SoM. I was told, this was because I had multiple tabs open on my web broswer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track inventory and keep machines up to date. Even when the automatic patches won't apply on their own, it helps give a visual representation of what machines need help. It also helps us push software to machines when we need to do company wide installs.
Manage Engine is an excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine provides a lot of options for us. We can remote in to a users system to assit with Tech support. We can get a lot of information about their system. We can patch their system though ManageEngine to keep things secure. Manage engine will warn us if any systems could be a security issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything I dislike about Endpoint central. Its easy to use; it offers a better remote support tool than what we previously used. It was eays to impement into our environment.
Sometimes certain tools don't work as they should, but this is mainly becuase of changes we have made.

What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central so far seems to be a comprehensive solution to what we need from an RMM tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
In our implementation our team was given administration of ManageEngine Endpoint Central after a prior staff member set it up. Learning the product, how it works and to use it as designed was a challenge for staff.
Other RMM providers have online resources, such as an Acadamy, with training materials easilly available.
I'm unsure if ManageEngine have a similar resource to learn the best practices and ways of using Endpoint Central.
