What do you like best about the product?
Manage all assets on one place. Flexability and ease to push software installs and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Program update process can be tricky. Often features can stop working after upgrades. Could have more logging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management across all endpoints and can view what is missing in one dasboard.
Manage bitlocker keys
Keeping endpoint 3rd party programs up to date

A Great Product that does it all

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our IT staff greatly every day. Centralized IT functionality at one place for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are relying on it too much and all eggs in one basket may not the best solution for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with the latest security trends and advise us to take action on critical risks. Remote access and patch management on our remote user laptops

What do you like best about the product?
It works for the most part. Scanning and deploying patches is not too bad. Initial setup can take some work but once things are setup, maintaining it isn't a ton of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you check "deploy immediately" that means "I'll get to it soon" and not, actually, immediately. There are ways to actually force an immediate deployment but that part could/should be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what is installed where and what patches are available for all the various products we have. Also keeping an inventory of systems to know what all is out there.

The software interface is a bit dated but not bad.

Experiencing with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

What do you like best about the product?
My personal experience with Endpoint Central is one of the excellent UEM Software that ever used in past, which manage & control all my endpoints which includes Mac & Linux . It basically provide ease of use & secure way of transaction for administrator . Patch Management is one of the key highlighted feature that in EC, using APD (Automatic Patch deployment) we can automate everything which start from scanning to until deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software license management & metering features that has to be enhanced more as per Customer expectation.

Need more enhancement on Software LIcensing and metering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EC allows us to effectively manage endpoints from a single centralized location, greatly enhancing my ability to promptly address system changes and threats.

Excellent Endpoint Security and Management Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central allows us to centrally manage and secure our users' workstation and servers from the cormfort of our desks. With the new Ransomware detection feature, we are able to instantly detect and kill any processes that could present ransomware on devices from a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The errors displayed on the agent summary page after pushing agent via Endpoint Central are not that detailed. We have a really tough time troubleshooting the errors and root causes. If they could provide more precise details about why agent installation failed, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enpoint Central has assisted us with the following

1. Full Control of our workstations (remote command executions and initiating RDP sessions easily)
2. Third Party software deployment and patching
3. Giving users options by publishing softwares and patches on the self-serviceportal
4. Instant notifications about our workstation.
