What do you like best about the product?
I value how ManageEngine Endpoint Central simplifies endpoint management by integrating patching, software deployment, and device monitoring into one unified platform. The solution operates efficiently, offers automation, and supports a range of operating systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of ManageEngine Endpoint Central is that its interface may initially seem cluttered and overwhelming, particularly for newcomers who are responsible for managing complex environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central addresses challenges such as handling numerous endpoints, performing manual patching, and maintaining compliance. Through automation of updates, software deployment, and monitoring, it not only saves time but also enhances security and ensures that devices operate efficiently.

Effortless Migration, Stellar Support, and Powerful Patch Visibility

What do you like best about the product?
Our team really appreciates this system, especially for the visibility it provides into all the patches. We can even see which version of Windows 11 is installed on each machine. Recently, we needed to remove Windows 11 25H2 due to some issues, and thanks to this feature, we were able to quickly identify the affected machines and create a script to remove it. The system is user-friendly and offers great flexibility, particularly for users who are off VPN. We can remotely access their machines to assist them, and they still receive updates from UEM even when not connected to VPN (Cloud Edition). The implementation process was extremely straightforward, and migrating from on-premises to the cloud was effortless. We rely on this system daily to support our end users, both on-premises and remotely, and it consistently performs well. Whenever I have needed assistance with the software, support has been quick to respond and even offers screen sharing if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are somethings lacking for example the Browser Reporting tool that can be enabled, doesn't show what an user has been to in detail just that they went there, this can cause issue with investigation internally, however i have learned from ME that that is something that they are actively working on !!

Effortless Patch Management and Real-Time Vulnerability Updates

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages is being able to apply patches to my entire network at once and fix vulnerabilities, and the portal receives constant updates, showing me new vulnerabilities in my network as soon as they are published, ensuring that I always have a more secure environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the few things I don't like about the console is that I don't have a report of software installation attempts that were blocked by the App Control module, which means I have to do more work to find out which software was blocked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep my system up-to-date, applying patches across the entire network using a dedicated tool. I also have an updated software portal where users can install approved software without needing IT support through a service request, and it also provides better protection when using web browsers.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can support end users without needing to physically access or remotely connect to their systems, thanks to the comprehensive set of tools and features included with Endpoint Central. Managing both hardware and software assets across the organization is straightforward and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to provision users in the user administration module, especially when assigning them to remote offices. Additionally, the reports section could use significant improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no need to connect to systems remotely, which makes it convenient to manage security patches on endpoints. It is also straightforward to keep track of both hardware and software assets.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the way it centralizes the administration of all endpoints on a single platform. The tool facilitates patch management, software deployment, remote control, and security policies, making IT management more efficient, automated, and secure.

The tool is complete, I only have praise for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been helping to solve problems related to decentralized endpoint management. Previously, it was difficult to keep all devices updated, secure, and standardized.

With Endpoint Central, we can automate tasks such as patch application, software deployment, remote control, and compliance monitoring, which has brought more agility, security, and a reduction in operational failures.

What do you like best about the product?
That's great! Automated Patch Management is often mentioned as a standout feature. Users appreciate how it automates the full patching process for operating systems like Windows, Mac, and Linux. They also value its capability to manage a wide range of third-party application patches from a single console. Additionally, the option to test and approve patches on a pilot group before rolling them out more broadly helps prevent potential problems.

I find the Application and Inventory Report Structure frustrating, particularly because it makes it challenging to obtain the precise, detailed data required for tasks such as software licensing and true-up reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for patch management. The tool allows us to automate the deployment of security updates across endpoints, ensuring systems remain compliant and protected against vulnerabilities. Its centralized dashboard provides visibility into patch status, missing updates and compliance reports, which helps in reducing the attack surface and meeting audit requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be more intuitive and streamlined. It doesn't clean up old patch files very well which occupy extra-large space, I want a history inventory record, even after device is deleted

What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central is an excellent platform for endpoint management. It offers a wide range of powerful features, including vulnerability scanning, patch management, and MDM, all of which work seamlessly. The solution makes it easy to deploy configurations, enforce policies, and keep systems secure and up to date.

Their support team is outstanding, always available within minutes and consistently resolving issues quickly with real expertise. Overall, Endpoint Central has greatly simplified managing my fleet and provides the peace of mind that everything is running smoothly. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides other than the steep learning curve, but this is to be expected with a piece of software that offers so many features. Once you learn to use the platform effectively, it becomes a breeze to use every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes managing our large fleet of devices easy, and provides a one-stop shop for many different tasks such as patch management, and MDM. It's nice to have a centralized place to manage all our devices.

What do you like best about the product?

Mainly Patching and Remote Support
