[Update after 9 months- 5/10] Endpoint Central is a comprehensive solution worth taking a look at
What do you like best about the product?
Update after 9 months of using Endpoint Central Cloud: it is ok at some features but multi-OS features leave a lot to be desired. macOS features are not useful, linux support is basically nonexistent and if you don't have Active Directory everything is harder to manage. Very windows centric.
Remote access tools seemed to work alright. Windows patching (os and application) seemed to work alright.
Use the free version if you can. We will not renew our subscription but plan to use the free version that covers 25 computers.
Robust software with many features - Endpoint Central is designed to help IT with many different types of computers and devices and is very good at documentation of help and configuration allowing me to understand what the features are and how they work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Update after 9 months: MacOS and Linux features woefully underdeveloped.
I appreciate they send me free software to try but I don't have Active Directory, meaning I can't use some features.
Very Windows centred, which is not a bad thing just not able to take full advantage of the software features because they're not available for MacOS or Linux - not to say there are not any features, because what I do see for Mac and Linux is very helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to have remote access and configuration of devices across the spectrum of operating systems- Windows, MacOS, and Linux Ubuntu. Want to streamline some configuration and allow for easy remote management.
Effective, informative and reliable with a touch of update headache.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see devices on the network, push patches, remote access and control software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processing updates can sometimes be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to maintain NIST and CMMC compliance so being able to view the health of our network as well as pushing patches to endpoints is vital.
EndPoint Central - great value overall
What do you like best about the product?
The patching, inventory, and remote controls are very easy to learn and use. It is very nice to have these tools all in one central portal. The 3rd party patch catalog is kept up to date very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit odd at times; for example - once in a rare while the patch scanning process for clients doesn't update the main console as it should. When this happens, I manually execute a patch scan on each client, which seems to solve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching user endpoints in a timely manner. This tool is much easier to learn and use versus SCCM. The cost for the product really gets you a lot for the money.
Quick and fairly easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It uses a lot of different graphs and scores to describe good security and the remote software works great
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite daunting at first and a bit of a learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with Mobile device management and the security and remote support of laptops and PC's
A good piece of software
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and intuative to use, remote connection is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Endpoint Central has a lot of uses so can be quite hard to learn to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy connection to devices as previous softwares have been slow and laggy or a pain to connect
Very good tool to manage your end points at a very good price

We can manage all endpoints, deploy patches and software packages and keep our systems safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to better understand how to stop updates.

Keeping our systems up to date in patches, great remote desktop capabilities and software deployment

What do you dislike about the product?
Software deployment a bit limited in functionality.

Endpoint Central Review
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of your inventory of machines, keeping them up to date for scans and patches. Shows inventory of software on your systems to monitor potential threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
On premise Endpoint Central manager does not let you push anything to your systems unless it is on the same domain. For having users in the field, this is troublesome. Would also be able to pull a list of most recent patches installed on systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what is installed on all machines, being able to update them from a centralized location, keeping updated and current to prevent potential threats. Also good for keeping track of used/free disk space on servers.
An allrounder Endpoint management Tool

What do you dislike about the product?
I won't see any specific thing about dislike as each time the Endpoint Management tool is expanding. But I have faced a couple of issues
a. Deploying configuration on used-based was failing continuously for me.
b. IT is tough to get the status of the device encryption. When force encryption is deployed it does get applied, but the result is not displayed back in the configuration.
c.Postgre SQL knowledge is needed for query reports.
