What do you like best about the product?
Great patching tool, so far, straightforward to use. Great for off-domain devices
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has been good, but we are still figuring out reporting, at the moment, that seems to be the only area of concern for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem for us was patching off-domain devices. The library of patch vendors is very extensive, and we are now fixing more things than previously. (automated)

Great for Remote Management and Patch Management

What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to remotely manage our machines, including the ability to use tools such as cmd and regedit remotely on Windows machines. The Auotmation of patch management tasks is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i'd note is the remote access, sometimes the session doesnt connect and fails. Also on mac the user needs to be an admin to allow the app permissions, this is common among other apps such as teamviewer but would be good if it could be automated somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management is the main use for EC in our org, the inclusion of RMM also helps us as we don't have to pay for this elsewhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complex to configure and set up, requiring a significant amount of time and effort, with a steep learning curve that may require additional training. Also find occasional technical issues with the software, such as slow performance or bugs that require troubleshooting.

It is a comprehensive endpoint management solution that offers several benefits to organizations. The software can increase efficiency and help IT teams focus on higher-value activities by automating routine tasks and providing a single console for managing endpoints. Great suite of products

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and deploy. Many tools in one. Integrates with other products easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn't the best. Sometimes it takes awhile to remote into PCs from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is easy to use. PC remote management is very helpful

Calculation of licensing is not very easy

Best Endpoint management tool

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me as an IT administrator to perform patch management for office systems and WFH systems very effectively and take Remote Control to troubleshoot devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, Vulnerability scanning or Vulnerability patching is unavailable in the ManageEngine cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me manage all my office and WFH systems to the latest windows patching and third party critical patching. Auto patching is helping me a lot to complete the task on time.
