Effective Automation for Stable, Well-Controlled Daily Processes

    Reviewed on Aug 03, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation turns out to be very effective when it comes to managing business processes which have to undergo the same chain of actions daily. I use this technology in order to automate my operational activities, to facilitate the exchange of information between different systems and to decrease the manual input for repetitive operations. The outcome of such actions is more stable process execution and better control over it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While applying agent-based automation to business processes which have high frequency of business exceptions, it is necessary to make sure of extra validation and updates in order to maintain proper workflow functioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its most important feature is standardization of operations. Intelligent agents perform certain business processes in a stable way which contributes to decreased processing time, minimization of manual errors and increased efficiency.

Browser-Based Developer Environment Eliminates Heavy Desktop Maintenance

    Reviewed on Aug 03, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Because AA’s developer environment runs entirely in a web browser, our IT team can avoid installing, updating, and maintaining heavy desktop software across hundreds of developer workstations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intelligent document processing and the built-in process mining tools are often seen as less advanced than those in other RPA tools, such as Power Automate and UiPath.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates complex, end-to-end workflows by combining AI agents with RPA, rather than only handling repetitive, rule-based tasks. It can also understand unstructured data—such as emails, PDFs, documents, and chat messages—using AI.

Automation Anywhere Streamlines Routine Workflows and Boosts Consistency

    Reviewed on Aug 02, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation aims to reduce the overhead caused by repetitive manual tasks which usually take up most of the day. I use this to automate the execution of routine operations that include getting information, moving data from one system to another, and taking action following that. The outcome of this is more consistency and being able to focus on more value-adding work.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, when automating for business operations which are regularly updated or have many exceptions, further testing and updates will be required to make sure that it all works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best feature about this is the reduction in manual labor in routine operations. When this is set up right, there is lower risk of errors and faster execution with visibility at every step of the way.

Cuts down manual work, but AI agent setup takes time to learn

    Reviewed on Aug 02, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I acutllay use the most is combinig regular bots with the AI descision making instaed of writing separate logic for every if this then that case i can let the agent handle some of the judgement calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I run into a lot of trial and error, and the docs don’t really walk you through real scenarios mostly just the basic ones. When something breaks in a workflow with multiple agents chained together, figuring out which step failed isn’t always obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a bunch of repetitive tasks that used to require someone to manually check and fix them. Now a lot of that gets handled automatically, so less time gets wasted on stuff that doesn’t really need a person doing it.

Intelligent Automation with Reusable Bots and Seamless Integrations

    Reviewed on Aug 01, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process is how it combines AI with automation to handle complex tasks efficiently. It integrates well with existing business applications, processes workflows quickly, reduces manual effort, improves accuracy, and helps teams complete work faster without requiring constant human intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation offers many powerful capabilities, but occasional workflow customization can require extra effort for very specific business scenarios. Once configured, it performs reliably, so this has been a relatively minor trade-off compared to the overall productivity benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation, navigating complex automations and getting timely assistance were challenges. Its intuitive interface, responsive support, and strong value for the features offered have simplified adoption, reduced training time, and improved overall productivity across our workflows.

Smooth Shift from Traditional RPA to Agentic Automation

    Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful part is that we can transition from traditional RPA to an agentic process with less overhead. Its ability to make decisions, rather than completely relying on rule-based logic, is the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other agentic product or process, this requires a good amount of compute resources. Since we run the bots in virtual machines, it can sometimes cause a bit of lag in the VM due to heavy usage of those compute resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generally used to automate the most manual and time consuming tasks with deterministic rules and at the end for most of the process we would require a human in loop. we have a bot which will raise the chargeback disputes for there is no issue for most of the deterministic cases this is around 60% of the cases we are talking about. and for the remaining 40% we are moving them to manual review as one or the other thing does not fit into our deterministic logic. this is were we find the AA Agentic process helpful.

All-in-One Automation for Web, APIs, and Excel That Saves Time

    Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that I can automate web tasks, REST API calls, and Excel work in one place instead of switching between different tools. It has reduced a lot of repetitive work, especially moving data between applications. Once the workflow is set up, it runs reliably, and I only need to check it when something doesn't go as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only minor concern is that searching for a particular bot can be a bit slow at times, especially when there are many bots available. Better search and filtering options would improve the experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest improvements for me was not having to keep track of repetitive operational tasks. Once the workflow was built, Automation Anywhere handled the routine work consistently, and I only needed to look into cases where something didn't complete as expected. That freed up time for other work instead of repeatedly running the same process.

Smart Multi-Agent Workload Sharing That Helps Prevent Hallucinations

    Reviewed on Jul 26, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The connection between different agents won’t overwhelm a single agent. Instead, it divides the work across all of them, which helps prevent the agents from hallucinating.
What do you dislike about the product?
RAG: It’s quite hard to create an IP-secured environment with agentic knowledge. Also, using the knowledge is fairly complex; even with good instructions, the knowledge that was taken wasn’t adequate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping me handle repetitive calculations that are based on our own Excel calculation tools. I set up an environment where these calculations can be done by agents, and by doing this we’re trying to save a huge amount of time.

Improves processes with AI, but requires serious configuration

    Reviewed on Jul 25, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the use of AI functions in Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation and their gradual learning, which removes the main limitation of traditional RPA, especially its fragility. It learns from mistakes and takes them into account next time, making solutions more resilient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I notice that Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation gives slightly different answers to the same task, and the cost is somewhat higher compared to regular solutions. Also, if the input is unstructured, the program might invent data. The setup is not the easiest either; it requires serious work, such as setting up the infrastructure and coordinating all issues with IT security. It happens that non-standard data and the fragility of SAP can disrupt the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation to replace manual work with automated solutions, which saves time and reduces errors. AI features enhance the process by eliminating the fragility of conventional RPA, learning from mistakes, and increasing the resilience of solutions.

Adaptable AI, Less Downtime for Automations

    Reviewed on Jul 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation handles unpredictable workflows. The agentic framework allows the bot to reason through changes, adapt to variable inputs, and complete processes without needing human intervention. The biggest value is the massive reduction in IT maintenance and bot downtime. It means our automations are incredibly resilient, achieving the scalability promised, allowing our IT team to focus on building new solutions instead of maintaining broken bots. I also appreciate the seamless integration with our CRM and ITSM tools, making processes efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there's definitely a steep learning curve when moving from basic task recording to building true agentic workflows. It requires more technical know-how than I expected, which makes it tough for non-technical business users like me to get started without heavy IT support. I think it would be great if they provided simpler, step-by-step onboarding guides or more intuitive error explanations for beginners. The documentation is heavily geared toward developers, and as a business user, I often struggle to understand the 'why' behind certain model configurations. I need simpler, business-friendly documentation that explains how AI logic works in plain English, not just technical specifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation to automate invoices and purchase orders, reducing bot failure due to layout changes. It handles exceptions and reduces IT maintenance, allowing scalability and less downtime by adapting to changes without manual intervention.
