Dropbox - a mick drop(box) for backup software
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing Dropbox achieves is that I never have to remember it, consider it, or even worry about it. It just works away in the background
It works with All the variants of Mac, which makes life so much easier for Apple users
It doesn't overcharge
updates and installs are super easy

What do you dislike about the product?
it would be nice to be able to add others folders not in the Dropbox master folder, so that they can be backed up, with having to move them to within the Dropbox master folder
I also get emails about how a file/folder has changed, and it could be days old since it was changed, so a consistent review option would be nice

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our Marketing and Sales content is uploaded to Dropbox with ease. we use Dropbox not only to backup our content but to also share pertinent data between work colleagues. We also upload finalised documents and share these with clients Dropbox facilities and many more use cases with ease

1. User friendly
2. easy to navigate
3. can be easily used in different electronic devices such as laptop, desktop, tablets, mobile etc
4. Easily synced all the data across all th devices
5. Best feature about the dropbox is versioning which means that we can have previous file which we have replaced earlier.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Only 2GB of storage is provided for free storage.
2. The paid version of dropbox is costly.
3. There are other cloud storage option as well which are cheaper than dropbox.

the organization and the fact that the data is stored securely in the cloud. Also because the interface is easy to use.

the way to use the platform could be simplified further

I have e-books with demonstrations, tables, and reports on property availability stored in Dropbox. A very useful tool indeed.

It's ease of use on a PC and the ability to set up shares across multiple devices

Not a great interface on Android phones; less easy to set up new folders and not as straightforward to navigate as the PC UI

Access to documents when travelling/away from the office. Automatic back up of photos for personal and work reasons.

it is available and compatible with almost most of os like android, ios, windows, linux because of this you can practically install it with every device you have and sychronize the storage.

one of its downside is it is have pretty expensive subscription but there are still free subscription but this comes with low storage i think this will not be a good choice for those who intend to use only the free subscription for long term

This solve my storage for backuping my important file and because of storage synchronization and dropbox can be install on most of os i can access those file using my phone when im away from my pc

Allows me to share important documents that are shareable. And allow groups to work within that document to collaborate.
