Reliable and user-friendly cloud storage and collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it very easy to store, sync, and share files across devices. I like the simple interface, strong cross-platform support, and smooth file syncing. Its collaboration features, like shared folders and document comments, are very useful for team projects. Integration with apps like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office makes it even more powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has limited storage, which can be restrictive for personal or small-team use. Advanced features like Smart Sync and extended storage require a paid plan, which may feel expensive compared to competitors. At times, syncing large files can be slightly slow depending on network conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of managing and accessing files from multiple devices. It helps in securely backing up important documents, collaborating with teammates, and ensuring files are always accessible. For me, it has reduced dependency on physical storage and streamlined group work.

I like the fact to upload easily any type of document that can be stored and shared with other people.

I think that there are no downsides, it works easily and intuitively.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Dropbox is the fast syncing. No matter what device I use, files update almost instantly, which makes it very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the tiny free storage. Two gigabytes feels outdated in today’s world, especially when competitors offer much more for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of sharing and accessing files across multiple devices. I can start a project on my laptop, continue on my phone, and share it with someone in seconds. This saves time and makes my work flow much smoother.

Simple and Security
What do you like best about the product?
It can save big files in a space where you can use them whenever and wherevere. When need to share with other person a file, just simple provide your authority to them using Only that file. There is no time limited to store the documents in the 'station'. Overall, it is easy to use, no need special skill.
What do you dislike about the product?
Largely depends on internet speed. So for users in certain countries, for example in China, it is not that easy to use this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
transfer big file to other person, store documents which are not easy to carry with you in limited computer space.

I use it mostly for large documents like papers, essays, etc. It is easy to organize and locate what I am looking for.

the syncing of files can be confusing and complicated, also the plans are expensive

Great because of its backups, has good security features, and is pretty quick.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use particularly with people outside of the company i work with. I can trust it.

I genuinely cant think of any dislikes, it does what it says on the tin.

it's very easy and convenient to use for clients wanting to share their media with us. great brand recognition and customer perception is that it's safe to use.

sometimes sharing/user permissions are not intuitive and giving the correct permissions can take a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
primarily, my clients use it to share documents like trafficking instructions, the exact media files, etc with us for running their ads. they can share multiple versions as well to relay all the information at once rather than send multiple emails.
