Endless space
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can keep my pictures of holidays and events out in seperate folders in a secure loctaion. I am a sucker for breaking phones, so having them all backed up and no taking any space on my phone (keeping it fast and memory optimised) is a massive plus! You can also share folders with specific family members so you can have them drop pictures into the seperate folders. I frequently use my dropbox folders as I need to use my pictures and videos a lot due to me video editing, so it is a nice base to have them all in once space. The software is easy to use and very accomodating for people with limited technological experience, its a case of dragging and dropping files. If you do struggle with anything, their customer service is top notch, you do not have to wait long, and they are always happy to help answer any questions, their FAQ board is full with typical issues! Have fun saving your memories!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the upload speed can be long for video files, as I am a videographer, but I'm guessing that is down to upload speed! Other than that, it says what it does on the tin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of going from once place to another. I travel a lot due to my video editing career, so I need my files on the go, however keeping a massive amount of 50MB videos on my laptop can slow it down, and then when I go to render my video, it would freeze my adobe premier pro or after affects. Dropping the files frop dropbox allows me to frequently chop and change between my computer and my laptop with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has effective file management and sharing tools with good attention to workgroup management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with MacOS for backup and for remote folders requires more workshopping by Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I iterate documents and share large media projects with remote teams for collaborations, approvals, and short-term repository for deliverables.

refreshing time, sometimes it takes hours to finally you can see the updated file, the software is not user friendly but I get access to my files just through My Computer

We can access to the files and data by sharing the folder instead of emailing everything over and over

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for many years – as long as it's been out pretty much. I love that I can just upload files there and know that they're going to be safe. And then I can access them from where I am – my phone or my computer or even a Friends computer. It makes it really easy and convenient. It's also very affordable! I tell all my friends about Dropbox!

I've used Dropbox for years as a graphic designer, mostly for their ease of sharing files and folders to other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price keeps rising, which is disappointing given the features generally only get upgraded on the higher tiers, so the cheaper plans just get more expensive with no real added value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is perfect for sharing my clients files with them in way that is easy for us both to access and keep track of any changes

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to save all of my documents on Dropbox and having the ability to open my documents on any computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. Sometimes when using the desktop app it does not sync well with my work computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the problem of being able to store documents and share them with my work colleagues.
Peace of mind through regular back ups, makes it easy for me to use mult computers and share files
What do you like best about the product?
Once I set it up, I just forget about the details. Files are automatically saved in the cloud as well. I can reach them from any one of my computers. I can share them with just a click with anyone who needs access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, when I send an a linkto someone so they can share their file to my system, they don't trust the process. I have to reassure them the process is quite safe

Easy back up on my system. Easy to share large files with colleagues across the country. safe and secure file storage.
Seamless System
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows for ensuring seamless access to online files regardless of my location. Really appreciate having access via the app on my iPhone as I'm often accessing files on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost associated with having a Dropbox account is the main thing that I dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can seemlessly access all my files through all my different devices and access files offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
BRING BACK DROPBOX VAULT! It's senseless that this feature is being done away with. It was one of the main factors i chose to go with Dropbox over other cloud services in the first place.

Being able to test out my mixes and demos on different devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Having used Dropbox for years, it has never let me down. I can't remember a time when I could not access my files from anywhere. First used exclusively on desktop, it works great on my smartphone and has bailed me out many times while out of the office. Of course it's great for sharing folders and files to as many or few as I choose and security has never been an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could come up with disadvantages of using Dropbox but I can't. It just works.

Secure file sharing with customers; having access to important files wherever I go.
