easy implementation, relatively easy usage

sometimes not very user friendly (intuitive), change requests take long to implement

I highly appreciate how much you are able to do without any developer being involved.

It can be a bit overwhelming to navigate the broad amount of features, analytics and scenarios that can be set up.

The best marketing automation tool we have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It is by far the best Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, and Gen AI tool we have used, and it keeps on giving. We have been able to acheive some great results so far. Their customer support team and integration team have been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest, there is not very much to dislike because this platform provides so many advanced features for marketers that there is nothing to compare it to at the moment. The integration process could have been a bit faster, but we are aware of the limitations we had due to our cumbersome back-end solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Bloomreach Engagement platform enables us to customize our marketing campaigns based on customer preferences and their behavior on our website.
We have been able to increase newsletter subscriptions by 160% by showing pop-up banners to website visitors and generating revenue of more than 4 million, calculated based on the discount coupons given to new subscribers.
We have constantly achieved more than 40% open rates for most email campaigns using advanced segmentation features.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use for the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jinja is a little bit too specific, but support is great at helping us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is letting us send personalized emails and have better understanding of our data.

When i ask question to a chat, i need to explain twice my problem. They are good with the simple problem. In complex it is diffcult to understand the solution.

Good platform, amazing support team
What do you like best about the product?
The support team at Bloomreach have been amazing for me. They go above and beyond, speak clearly, are understanding and help me understand. Really lovely experiences with them so far. As for the rest of Bloomreach, their academy courses are decent, the documentation is good. The experience on the platform can be tricky in complex circumstances, but for the most part is easy enough to use and makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just some things that don't work as expected or have the potential to be better. An example is building an email with a content block, the content block is not preview-able within the builder making the process of testing far more complicated than necessary. Another example is that although the platforms whole thing is automatic handling of new data ETC, I encountered an issue whereby I set a list attribute to a string by mistake, and that broke the whole attribute for all customers. Felt like there should have been a warning or error message ETC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to enhance our email marketing, and in future, will link to our new app and we will be using SMS capabilities. We are in the process of implementing heavy segmentation for our audience and automating certain emails ETC.

What do you like best about the product?
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding support provided by Bloomreach, and in particular, Katya. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency have been truly remarkable. Every request or issue has been handled with great care and speed, making our experience with Bloomreach seamless and highly satisfactory.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small area for improvement is the loading times, especially in the newsletter editor. The platform can be slow, and we often have to refresh the page, which results in losing our progress. Implementing an auto-save feature along with a "undo" or "go back" button would greatly enhance the user experience and make the workflow smoother.
