Powerful Customer Data and Comms Platform - Complicated to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a powerful customer data platform capturing engagement, sales and first party data and allowing us to run complex analysis. This data can then be used to power all of our customer engagement, from onsite to email, digital and print marketing a nd SMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the data available and customisable in Bloomreach they platform requires quite a steep learning curve to use the most powerful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is allowing us to understand our customers and deliver tailored experiences across multiple channels.
Easy to use and super support team
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Customer's support in Chatm, really love it. Constantly have improvement
What do you dislike about the product?
No demo for new function. The template is limited, no instruction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach helps solve the problem of repetitive tasks by allowing us to easily clone reports, scenarios, banners, and dashboards. This significantly reduces the time spent on manual duplication, enabling us to streamline our workflows and focus on more strategic activities. As a result, we save time and avoid repetitive work, increasing overall efficiency.
An all in one CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
A central location for all of our zero party data, allowing us to create business reports to look into the product performance, customer retention, business growth, as well as the ability to actively generate ROI with email campaigns, be it triggered or BAU newsletters.
The on-boarding team created a smooth journey of integration, from connecting our Shopify+ account to linking our Meta ad accounts so that we're able to incorporate ad audience building to increase the efficiency of our Paid media ad spend.
I use the platform every day as the Senior CRM Executive at LOVALL and the UI makes it incredibly easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some scenarios that we try to deploy that require an in-depth knowledge of Jinja, however the chat support team are always very reliable to solve our queries in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing strategy, BAU and triggered campaigns, as well as customer data that allows us to report on Business performance.

Very powerful tools when you know how to create reports and what to look out for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite complex to navigate through all the possibilities the reporting is offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing and reporting in one platform. Also offering the possibility of personalisation even on website.
Comprehensive marketing automation and CDP
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a really good CDP, it can capture data automatically from your website or from data imports (either automatically, or manually)
We primarily use it for email marketing and website personalisation, both of which it does very well.
There's also options for SMS and targetted advertising.
We get a good level of support from the Bloomreach team who have good suggestions for driving revenue as well as how to best use the software.

What do you dislike about the product?
We're a multi-domain business and although Bloomreach can work on multiple domains it's not the default so we need to regularly make considerations and adjustments for that.
The user interface isn't as friendly as other equivalent tools so there's a higher barrier to entry for staff.
There's some additional complexities within the tool that competitiors don't have, some tasks take longer than they should
Their documentation is OK but it's not complete so you find you need to spend time trying things and figuring it out, or reaching out to their live chat support (which are very good)

There's a lot more options for automation compared to our previous provider
The data collection is much more comprehensive and flexible for us to include what we'd like
The personalisation options for the website work well, but it's not as user friendly as other personalisation tools
Their a/b testing isn't a great solution compared to other providers, although you *can* do it this isn't a use case it's been designed for - you'd probably benefit with a combination of personalisation and a/b testing due to the customer data it has but for standard a/b tests it's not a great solution

Very easy to use and good support
What do you like best about the product?
Very self intuative platform to use and the support is really good. There is a huge suite of reporting available and the testing side of the platform is also an area that we should explore more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integration with other tools can be slow.

a fine solution for marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
We have considered a few different solution when we were looking for a marketing automation tool. Bloomreach (exponea back then) was something that really catched our eyes. It was simple to use, friendly looking with lot of functionality we were searching for. It combines all channels into one, therefore we could get rid off other solutions for that purposes. We have built scenarios that we are using every day. Customer support is also for sure better here that in other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration took some time, first we had to do a proper data organisation, so as to import a proper one into bloomreach. Now it works just fine, however what bothers mi most is that I do know we are not using it 100%. There is still something we could do more as a team to provide better quality for our customers. Bloomreach offers so much that we and the agency are unable to reach the full potential.

first, it combines SMS, mails, push into one. Then you have a CRM built so you could perform segmentation. Then using these two you can prepare a proper scenarios for selected groups of clients. Afterwards, you can preprare reports how your scenarios increased your effectivity.

What do you dislike about the product?
For me I like the platform. If i could say a negative, it would be that as you increase your usage you increase your costs, this doesn't mean this goes hand in hand with increase revenue.

Such vast tool have many different segments that you need to know well to operate to the full. But the Academy and Support is on point in case of any problems

What do you like best about the product?
The big aspect i like about Bloomreach is the ease of use of personnalisation. It is easy to have a lot of data of a customer journey and assign attributes or aggregates based on the journey. These informations is very accessible accross the plateform. The audience settings is very powerfull, it allows us to have a strong control on what a person can or can't see.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of support regarding question related to Jinja or HTML. It would be great to have an option to chat with a person who is famillair with code. I had a question about accessing the value of a consent category to show a specific section of a block for only customer who has not the consent. I did not find my answer with the chat assisant or the Bloomreach documentation but i find it in the Bloomreach Community Slack. It would had been easier to chat directly to a person who can help me in this situation.
A bonus point would be the have options for dark mode user in the email templates options. Currently we are struggling to have an email that looks great on both dark and light mode. Would be amazing to have a feature like the show on mobile option.
